I’ve been a patient at this practice for many years and truly couldn’t fault either the level of care or the customer service. The office team are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Mr Nader Farhadi is an exceptional dentist—kind, patient and incredibly thorough. He always makes me feel comfortable and never rushes, giving me time to compose myself if needed, which I really appreciate. His assistant (I’m sorry I don’t know her name) is just as lovely—always smiling, warm and engaging. It really is a fantastic practice all round.

I’ve been with the practice for 42 years and in that time the surgery has seen many changes of ownership. My current dentist Vinojah is superb , a skilled professional , personable, reassuring , and a dentist I have 100% trust in no matter what treatment she is undetaking. A shout out to her dental nurse, and the ladies on the desk who I have known for many years. My hygienist , Danielle is amazing also. You won’t find better!

We started coming here when my son got his first tooth, on the recommendation of a friend (who said her husband was terrified of dentists so had come here as they were really good with him) and we’ve been back every 6 months since. We’ve only ever had the friendliest encounters, from receptionists to dental nurses to dentists, who’ve put both of my kids at ease. Super happy, strong recommend.

Very impressed so far. Receptionists are really friendly. Dentist explains things clearly so you know what to expect with no surprises including the price. I would recommend them.

Called up on Monday in agony with toothache and explained how much pain I had been in I already had a appt for 2.15 but the lovely receptionist changed it for morning so I could have more time with dentist where he was able to check and saw my tooth that had bothered me he extracted my tooth with such kindness and compassion didnt feel judged at all for having a bad tooth that needed to be out. Fantastic job !!! Booked for check up in 3 weeks now for someone who is afraid of dentist and has anxiety nadar made this experience for me brilliant where I felt heard and non judged !

The whole team is amazing,the receptionist is friendly. I went for dental extractions and the dentist is very professional, I had a very pleasant experience as they look after me so well,ensured that I wasn’t in pain and Im comfortable. She is very considerate too. The assistant is nice and kind too, she offered to hold her hand during the procedure and given clear instructions for post procedure home care.thank you Family dental.

Love our dentist. Both my children have knocked out huge sections of their front teeth and have been repaired seamlessly! Having moved out of the area to somewhere with a lack of good surgeries, we now travel over two hours for a check up and never leave feeling like it wasn’t worth it!
