I’ve always had a great experience at this dental practice. Rachel, my dentist, is professional, thorough, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes me feel completely at ease during appointments. A special mention to Lauren, the nurse, who always greets me with a friendly smile and helps create such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The reception team Angie, Sarah and Linda are also lovely and welcoming every time I visit. From booking appointments to arriving for treatment, everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s clear that the whole team genuinely cares about their patients, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to others. Thank you all for the excellent care!

I highly recommend Chalkwell Dental Practice. I visited today and Sarah on the reception desk was super friendly and helpful, as are all of the reception staff. Barbie, the Practice Manager, took the time to check in with me and ask how I was getting on, as I’m a relatively new patient joining just last year. My dentist, Usman, was very thorough, and explained in detail what I needed to know about my dental health. He used x-rays and a 3D render of my teeth to actually show me why I needed certain work done, which made it easier for me to understand. Emily, my hygienist, was great at putting me at ease, talking me through each step of the cleaning process, and discussed my approach to dental hygiene. Through three visits, I’m really pleased with the progress that I have made together with Emily and am grateful to her for taking the time to explain things simply.

I’ve been a patient of this dental practice for decades. Along with my family. They’ve always provided first class dental care. The staff, dental technicians and dentists are attentive and thoroughly professional. The premises are spotless and well located. A thoroughly excellent practice.

Fantastic as always, staff are all welcoming and ready to help and always get great advice from the dentist. Brilliant with my girls as well, my toddler was able to sit in and watch my teeth being checked to get her used to going to the dentist.

What a lovely place. Dentist was fabulous, explained everything throughout. On pain, no need to file down the filling afterwards. Thoroughly recommend.
