One Smile has become my trusted dental carer. Walk into the humble, open waiting area as staff beam and see to your needs. The dentist and support staff are wonderful. Their advice and procedures have lead to my life being a happier, pain free one.

One of the worst experiences ive ever lived. Reception staff talking about jimmy Saville and rolfe Harris, go into the dentist room and immediately he was just trying to ramp the procedures up in which I could only imagine was to cost me more. Went to take an xray and just shoved this plastic thing in my mouth which started making me choke and cough. After the xray I asked about what would happen if the tooth broke to which he said hell have to surgically remove it but hes not comfortable doing it but hell give it ago and see what happens. Would avoid at all costs if you value your teeth and your wallet.

What an amazing dentist, from the location, the facilities and most importantly the staff. As someone who has always been slightly apprehensive about the dentist, I can honestly say from the offset I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was very chatty and smiley which made me feel at ease almost immediately. The dental nurse, who was equally as welcoming, then met me and took me into the treatment room and from the moment I sat in the chair I just felt at ease. Ben (the dentist) explained to me what he was doing to do and why. I attended the surgery for a crown to be fitted and teeth whitening, never in a million years did I think the outcome would be as good as it is. The compliments I have received from people speak for themselves and I wouldn’t think twice about returning again, I can’t stop smiling or looking at my new teeth in the mirror. I would highly recommend One Smile Oral Care to anyone looking for a friendly, calming and excellent dental practice.

Overwhelmed by the whole experience at this delightful Dental practice. On entering this light welcoming premises the polite knowledgeable caring team listen, understand and give you honest, professionalism which I haven't experienced before. I am 50 and have had to have a lot of dental work done before but the Dentist here (Ben) is extremely competent, kind and generous with his time and care.after several necessary extractions and subsequent well fitting upper and lower dentures I actually look forward to my next visit. I cannot praise this practice and staff enough! I'm the most anxious, fearful person when it comes to dental work and as I've had awful experiences in the past i wanted to find an exceptional place that could help me overcome my fears and help me with my teeth. Initally I spoke to Claire(dental nurse) who was so lovely and listened to all my woes and got me booked up with Ben. Meeting Ben I was put at ease straight away, hes honest and caring and makes you feel validated! We decided on a treatment plan and had a root canal booked up which I was worried about but i can honestly say it was a pleasant experience because of the teams patience and care for me. From Bellas sweet manner to Cindy the hygenist who is amazing, to Claire whos kept my head level with her caring nature and to Ben the amazing dentist I'm just blown away..thank you guys!!
