Sync Dental Roseneath

Another great experience had at Roseneath in Byfleet today. Gavin attended to my check up, he was extremely thorough, gave me good advice and very personable. This was followed by an appointment with the hygienist Wendy, my first time. What can I say other than for someone who is extremely fussy about how well my teeth are cleaned, I can safely say, they have never been cleaned so well ever! Additionally, she’s a ln absolutely lovely lady, will certainly continue seeing Gavin and Wendy for all my future appointments. Thank you, I’m very pleased.

I have been coming to Roseneath for the last 15 years, and sadly the last 3 months have seen more change than I have ever seen at the practice in my time as a patient. There was recently a change in the Dentist that I had been seeing, Justin, and instead of getting a call to inform me of this and make me aware of the new dentists, with the offer of a choice of who I would like to see, my appointment was changed automatically without my consent. This was subsequently cancelled when I requested it, but it led me to reflect on how the level of service has dramatically decreased. For many years, Andrea ran the reception and she was exceptional - she always knew me instantly by my first name, was kind and efficient and always could accommodate my appointments to suit me. Whilst the new reception team are doing their best, it has been hugely sad to see some of these crucial members leave and to see the level of service decline. Together with Justin, Andrea and Chloe leaving all just before Christmas, with the exception of Wendy who is an outstanding hygienist, I will likely now consider finding a new surgery for treatment. Such a shame.

I had a hygienist appointment with Samara. I was thoroughly impressed with her friendly, professional and gentle manner. It was probably the most comfortable clean I've ever had!

Top service from Pragya who was very attentive and asked very good relatable questions followed by great advice/adjustments to things that I thought I’ve been doing correctly. It’s a shame she’s only there once a month so make sure to book in advance!

Returned to the practice. I told the dentist (didn’t get his name ) I had sharp edges on a rear tooth.After a 1.5 minute examination I was told I had a cavity and required a small fitting,he mentioned about replacing a second filling that I had no issues with except getting food trapped in a gap between two teeth. Whole check up less than 2 mins. The dentist but a price plan together. £62 for a 2 minute appointment and quote for £600 for two fillings. You have to be mad to use this practice. Called my own practice for an asap appointment due to toothache. They got me an appointment at their West Byfleet practice within the hour. Arrived at was seen within 5 minutes. Excellent service
