Dental Aura

My children attend Dental Aura on a regular basis for their dental check ups, and orthodontic appointments. Each time we receive a warm welcome from both the receptionist and the dentist. They always make my children feel comfortable, meaning they never dread their appointments. At times we have had to make emergency appointments, and the receptionist has always been most helpful to work around our availability. 100% recommend this dental practice, not a bad word to say about them. The staff are always so lovely.

Had a really positive experience at Dental Aura. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and the appointment was handled very professionally. I was nervous before my visit, but the dentist was patient, reassuring, and took time to answer all my questions. The clinic has a calm atmosphere and everything felt very organised. Definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had.

Such a lovely practice. I saw the hygienist today … nervously at first. However, she was kind and gentle … doing all the things she needed to but in a way that put me at ease. She offered lots of helpful advice and was sensitive to my previous medical history. I will happily see her again and would heartily recommend.

Dentist and receptionist very pleasant. Treatment always excellent. One issue is that I would like to be given an ongoing / breakdown statement of charges / payments as I am not sure what I have actually paid for or what is the deposit for next appointment.

I have recently visited the hygienist for my six monthly clean. I have highly sensitive gums and the hygienist always takes the utmost care to be as gentle as she can, at the same time managing to give my teeth a good clean. I come away with a tinglingly fresh mouth and beautifully clean teeth. Thank you.

Dental Aura is a fantastic local asset. From the moment you walk in until the time you leave you are treated with friendly faces that go the extra mile. The team are fantastic with myself and my small children. They go the extra mile when anyone is nervous. I used to hate the dentist now I love visiting the dentist due to this wonderful place. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended!

Following some awful experiences with other local dentists re customer service issues rather than treatment, we moved to Aura. Breath of fresh air to be treated with respect and kindness.
