I have been to Hook Lane Dental Care twice so far, and they have been amazing on both occasions. The practice is clean, well-organised, and every member of the team was friendly and professional from the moment I walked through the door. Dr Sabina is extremely kind, professional, and understanding. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, which eased my anxiety and made me feel comfortable despite being worried beforehand. Lucia was also incredibly kind and caring, and together she and Dr Sabina created a welcoming and supportive atmosphere throughout both of my appointments. I would highly recommend Hook Lane Dental Care to anyone seeking a friendly, trustworthy, professional, and understanding dental practice. From start to finish, the team demonstrated all of these qualities and ensured my experience was a positive one.

I was seen by Lois at the front desk, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was. She was incredibly kind and considerate, patiently explaining the registration process and offering plenty of helpful recommendations. She never hesitated to answer all of my questions and did so with calm professionalism. Lois truly represents Hook Lan Dental in the best way possible - the front desk is the first impression anyone gets, and she made mine exceptional. I just want to give Lois her flowers for the fantastic job she does!

Visited today for a filling and I have to say, I struggle alot with anxiety at the dentist, I just cannot take any pain near my gums. Today I saw Dentist Sanobar Bhaiwala, and from now on I wont see any other. This lovely lady put me at ease and did not cause me any pain what so ever, I hardly even felt the injection for numbing. Fantastic! this lady is the best dentist I've seen in almost 50 years, Thank you

My husband and I have been patients at Hook Lane Surgery for a number of years. I have always found the reception staff very friendly and efficient. My dentist that I see is lovely and always puts me at ease. I have very sensitive teeth and she is always so caring. I would definitely recommend Hook Lane Surgery.

I've attended a number of practices over the years and I'm a nervous dental patient. I have been with the practice for over a year now and my anxiety levels when attending are much lower than elsewhere. Reception staff are very efficient and helpful. I've only had to change an appointment once and they were understanding and accommodating. Both the dentist and hygienist I see are superb. On a recent visit, we discussed the radio therapy treatment I'd recently completed. My following treatment was adjusted to ensure there were no adverse outcomes. Dental treatment had not been mentioned by my oncology team. I'm delighted I've been taken on as an NHS patient and recommend the practice whenever I can. Well done Hook Lane. Maureen
