My daughter had orthodontic treatment with this practice for nearly three years, and overall it was a very positive experience. Even though wearing braces for such a long time can be challenging, I always felt that Jasmine was in capable hands. Now, that her treatment is complete, I'm really happy with the results. The improvement in her smile was definitely worth the time and committment.

I wish I could give minus 100 stars. Our experience with Dr. Katrina Wagner was extremely disappointing. She showed no bedside manner or empathy, and her communication was blunt and inconsiderate. We attended the appointment seeking advice about braces for my child, but instead of discussing options in a thoughtful or professional manner, she suggested the extraction of healthy teeth and mentioned possible jaw surgery later in life — without providing any proper explanation or discussing alternative options. When asked to justify these recommendations, she was unable to give a clear or valid reason and repeatedly stated that she is a dentist and that it was simply her opinion. This was neither reassuring nor professional. At first, it appeared that she might have had difficulty understanding our concerns or expressing herself clearly, but it soon became evident that this was not the issue. Her attitude was simply dismissive and rude, and we felt completely unheard. During the examination, the way she handled my son’s jaw was uncomfortable and unpleasant, adding to an already distressing experience. Overall, this was an appalling experience, and I would not recommend Dr. Wagner to anyone seeking compassionate, patient-focused, or professional dental care. Avoid!!

My family have had fantastic treatment at this centre over many years. Both my son and daughter now have lovely teeth. Steve Wagner is always polite, professional and helpful. The children have always been happy to visit the clinic and are perfectly relaxed chatting to Steve. I was so impressed with the work done that I decided to have my own teeth straightened! I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

my daughter has been under the dental care here for just over 3 years, she recently got her braces off and the results are amazing. the staff are lovely and friendly, they always made my daughter feel at ease especially Dr Qureshi. would defiantly recommend dental treatment here!

My daughter was seen by Saba Qureshi and in my opinion received first class treatment. Saba is a highly skilled orthodontist with a caring and friendly disposition. She always put my daughter at ease by explaining procedures and as a parent I felt extremely confident in her hands. The transformation of my daughter’s teeth after 20 months of brace wearing is absolutely incredible and I cannot speak highly enough of Saba and her team for the care and expertise my daughter received.

We had the best experience, my daughter is very pleased with her teeth after just 12 months of wearing her braces and Dr Saba Qureshi is very lovely and kind. We always felt welcome and looked after.
