Had a filling fall out over the bank holiday weekend. Called after lunch and managed to get an appointment later the same day to have a repair filling. Dr Shergil is awesome. Friendly, gentle and a great bedside manner.

I have had my appointments cancelled few times.Recently i had a message to prepone my appt as the doctor has to finish early on that day. As i did not call back i had an email to confirm for the original day.Now today i received another email to say my appt has been cancelled due to shortage of staff .and in the process of recruiting. I was given the option to wait for upto 6 months or see the owner of the practice for an additional.payment of £30!!

In 50 years of attending dentist facilities this was the most thorough examination I had ever had. Can't speak highly enough of the lady who managed the appointment. Rare these days to receive great customer service - well done

Excellent experience as usual. I had quite a large filling in one of my upper teeth and I honestly didn't feel either injection going in. A lot of time and attention was spent on getting the filling right, and my bite is perfect.

After years of traumatic dental experiences, I truly believed I would never be able to trust a dentist again. From the very first appointment with Dr Ravi Panesar, I was treated with so much patience, compassion, and genuine understanding, and for the first time in years, I felt safe in a dental chair. Living with OCD and anxiety makes dental treatment especially difficult for me, but everything was done at my pace, with constant reassurance and zero judgement. Every step was clearly explained, which helped calm my fears so much. I had a tooth extraction, and it went incredibly smoothly. I was absolutely terrified beforehand, but Dr Ravi Panesar’s calm, confident manner instantly put me at ease. You can clearly tell he has years of experience — everything was handled so gently and professionally. I am beyond grateful for the care I received. This experience has not only improved my dental health, but it has also helped me rebuild trust after years of fear. I honestly cannot recommend Dr Ravi Panesar highly enough, especially to anyone struggling with anxiety or past trauma.

Ravi is amazing. Literally the best dentist I’ve ever had & has transformed the health of my teeth/gums. Also somehow manages to patiently repeat the same advice every time he sees me, whereas I would have given up by now. I recommend him to everyone I know including family, strangers on the street, the dog etc.

Had a really good experience visiting the Dentist today. Although the appointment was short, it felt like all considerations Regarding my oral hygiene were being reviewed.
