I would like to share my sincere thanks to Emily for the excellent care and service provided during my recent visit to Wantage Dental Practice. Emily demonstrated a very high level of professionalism and technical skill throughout the appointment, ensuring that the treatment was carried out with care, precision, and attention to detail. What stood out particularly was her ability to combine this expertise with genuine people-focused care. She took the time to ask how I was, understand whether I was experiencing any issues, and made me feel completely at ease. Her clear explanation of the work being carried out, along with practical guidance on how I can support my own dental care, was both helpful and reassuring. Emily’s friendly and considerate approach, alongside her professionalism, made the experience a very positive one. She is a real credit to the practice, and I am very grateful for the high standard of care she provides. Many thanks for an excellent service.

Just had a brilliant experience at Wantage House Dental Practice. I had to have an emergency appointment today. The receptionist was amazing and I was seen almost straight away by a very reassuring and gentle dentist (I'm a terribly nervous patient). Everything was explained thoroughly to me and I felt I could choose the best option for me. Overall it was the best dentist experience I've ever had. What a relief!

So grateful for the excellent service offered by Gratias Lama Okonda and his colleagues. Lama and his colleagues managed to fit me in at short notice, and Lama replaced my crown and tidied up a slightly chipped front tooth. It is always a pleasure to be treated by Lama. He really is a credit to his profession. Thanks again for your friendly and professional service!

Absolutely appalling service. My husband had an emergency dental appointment booked for 9:00 a.m., which had been arranged over a week ago because he has been in severe tooth pain for weeks and is already taking a significant amount of pain relief. He arrived on time, checked in, and was left sitting there for 45 minutes, only to be told when he went to reception that the dentist was not available. No one contacted us beforehand to cancel or explain. Nothing was flagged when he checked in. There was very little apology, and the only solution offered was another appointment in two weeks, which is completely unacceptable for an emergency patient in serious pain. Trying to contact the practice by phone was just as bad. I was number five in the queue, stayed on the line for over an hour, got to position one, and then was told they could not take the call and to leave a message. The voicemail box was full. This is the second time we have had issues with appointments here. In this day and age, this level of service is unacceptable. Very disappointing and extremely upsetting when someone is in pain and needs urgent treatment.

Daniela is excellent - she does a really thorough job cleaning your teeth and explains everything really well. Appointments on Saturday are fantastic and the online booking system makes everything super smooth and easy.

Just had a root canal job done this morning. Noor Rana is such a brilliant dentist. Puts you at ease right away and explains everything she's about to do. Not even a hint of any pain. Thank you.

After the time had been changed 3 times, things were great. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The dentist who I believe is called Noor Rana and his nurse, whose name I am unsure of, were very kind and chatty too. So, overall, except for the time changes, my visit was excellent.
