Wallington Dental Surgery

I always ask to see Dr K.T. as she is fantastic. I visited today, and my treatment plan was fully discussed with both NHS and private options explained to me beforehand. I have been registered with the practice for over 10 years and, although I am no longer local, I still travel back over an hour because the surgery has my full trust. I am always able to get an appointment and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr K.T. is always reassuring and truly the best at what she does.

Sooo rude and unhelpful do not bother here, the receptionist 15/05/26 told me that because I had missed a previous appointment for my daughter that I’m "allowed one more chance and then no help" then went to give me appointment and suddenly suggested I look around elsewhere as she doesn’t have one for a while, I knew she was lying so I said nope that’s fine il take the next one please I can wait, all of a sudden she now can’t book it? So unhelpful, the way she spoke to me was as if I owed her something. I was calm and respectful as possible and ended up having to end the call as she was just so rude. Avoid

Excellent Service, Dr Bavani Vivekanandan is the best Orthodontist. I am very happy with how my braces treatment went, she talked me through everything and she was very patient and understanding. My teeth look brand new and I am in love! Cannot recommend Dr Bavani Vivekanandan enough.

My Dentist is Katie. Katie and her team have looked after for nearly 4 years. My bridge broke after 27 years and Katie pulled the stump tooth and made a denture for me. It's perfect. She is the best dentist I have had in many years. I highly recommend this dental surgery.

I am not someone who normally writes negative reviews; however, due to multiple bad experiences, this has left me with no choice. This practice - namely Dr. Kirupambikai Thillainathan (KT) provided a very negative experience. The dentist is condescending and demonstrates very poor patient manner time and time again. I understand people can have bad days however this has not been an isolated issue. Multiple members of my family have attended this practice over the years ( once and never again) and been treated by the same dentist, all leaving to never come back and with dental anxiety as a result of these encounters. Dental care requires empathy, clear communication, and professionalism, all of which were lacking here - such a shame given the years Dr.KT has worked in this industry, and as the owner/face of the practice. After reading previous reviews it seems these views are shared amongst many patients. It is important to note that there are many excellent, compassionate, and professional dentists out there, and unfortunately Dr KT does not represent the standard of care or behaviour patients should expect from the profession. I write this as I know visiting the dentist is anxiety inducing at the best of times, I hope this can help future patients find the right dentist for them.

Advertising NHS sign up. Wait in waiting room surrounded by disgusting people snorting and coughing to be told after 45 min wait that can’t take me as NHS. My only question online was "are you taking NHS?" they booked me a first appointment to which was cancelled and rebooked. Had to take morning off of work to be told after wait. They are not taking NHS. perhaps only selectively accepting NHS now!? Waste of time. Stay away. Money grabbers and disgusting set up.
