Martins Lane Dental Practice

Was looking for a dentist nearer home and offering Denplan. This dentist seemed to fit both of these as Denplan advertised on their website. When there are Halloween posters in the window in March, that doesn’t bode well. 4 receptionists on the desk.. no acknowledgment or welcome. Eventually one of them looked up and on asking about joining and Denplan none of them really knew anything about it. One didn’t even know what it was. I was also told their list was closed as they were full.. for a private patient.. really!!! basically turning business away. Thank you but no thank you

Rang as have Denplan and wanted to change my dentist as did not feel confident with them...I am really nervous...spoke to Gaynor on reception about joining martins lane as a patient she assured me that my nervousness would be taken into account and outlined procedure for using my denplan, and prices for 1st appointment. Gaynor was very professional, polite and had lots of empathy . An appointment was made and I'm looking forward to seeing my dentist.

Really lovely people and very professional. I felt comfortable despite having many fears and anxieties about dentists and they were welcoming non-judgmental, communicative and calm. I felt like an individual rather than a customer.

Had to get a emergency appointment and they fitted me in. Chris I believe my dentist was told me my options explained everything clearly and has helped with my tooth pain. Definitely recommend as they sorted me on a bank holiday immediately. Great service

I felt the need to leave a review as my son seen Dr Gregg Mason this morning and his appointment couldn’t have went any smoother. He is usually terrified of the dentist or anything to do with the dentist and was able to sit happily and have stuff done without any tears no tears . Dr Gregg deserves a mention in Martins lane dental practice for being such a kind and compassionate dental professional. Thankyou

Fantastic friendly dentist. Hygienist and her assistant lovely too. Reception staff not so good. Unhelpful and make mistakes every time.

Absolutely lovely dentist such a pleasant service I'm terrified of the dentist but Greg is just unreal amazing he has been truly amazing and I feel at ease and trust him so much he's the only one I trust now after years of bad dentists at other places, I don't get hysterical going to the dentist now if I know I'm with greg, he took a very very difficult tooth out that was literally just a stump and even he said it wasn't very pleasant but he done amazing just speaking nicely and explaining everything goes a long long way with me with my anxiety of dentists I can't recommend him enough he always explains everything talks to you and makes u feel at ease, he's amazing for anyone who's terrified of the dentist, also if u want the job done properly he's your man most dentists just do the quickest easiest option and kick u out with a temp filling he doesn't he takes his time and does a proper job and always works a treat never makes u feel uncomfortable never rushes u out the door and gives great advice oh I just love Greg now. If u find a good dentist u have hit the jackpot specially in today's dentist crisis 100% recommend him and specially if ur terrified of the dentist, thank you so much for all you guys have done for me I appreciate it x
