I first visited Advanced Dental Care in December 2025 for an emergency appointment. Having had some unpleasant experiences with dentists in the past, I was extremely nervous about attending. However, all of my fears quickly disappeared thanks to Poppy. She immediately put me at ease, explained everything she was doing, and made sure there were no surprises throughout my treatment. The practice itself is welcoming and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that doesn't feel like a typical dental surgery. The staff are friendly, caring, and professional, making every visit a positive experience. I am now a regular patient, and my dentist, Dr. Anitha Velusamy, has created a treatment plan to help me achieve the healthy, confident smile I've always wanted. A special thank you also goes to my hygienist, Daisy, who has been incredibly patient and supportive. She has taken the time to teach me the correct brushing techniques and how to get the most from my new toothbrush. For me, peace of mind, reassurance, and feeling free from fear are essential when visiting a dentist. I have found all of that and more at Advanced Dental Care. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who feel anxious about dental treatment.

I have registered with Advanced Dental Care only this year. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The clinic is spotless, modern, and very calming, which immediately put me at ease. The dentists have taken the time to explain every step of the treatment clearly and answered all my questions patiently. I really appreciated how gentle and attentive they have been so far throughout my hygienist appointments — completely pain-free and far less stressful than I expected. Marcus you are amazing! What stands out most was the level of care and attention to detail. I've never felt rushed, and the whole team are making me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. I'm onto the next stage of my journey now with Lewis and I cannot wait to see my final results. I visited Advance Dental Sandal using their direct access service, as I already have my own dentist but was specifically looking for a thorough, professional, and pleasant hygienist who offers a high end service. I had been searching for a new hygienist for quite some time, and I can honestly say that after my first appointment yesterday, Sophie absolutely delivered. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt professional and well organised. Sophie was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which left me feeling much more informed about new techniques and how to better care for my teeth moving forward. What stood out most was how she made me feel truly heard and respected throughout the appointment. The level of care and attention to detail was excellent, and the whole experience felt like genuine, high quality customer service. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and genuinely impressed. I would highly recommend Sophie to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive hygienist.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. I was in severe pain and needed an emergency appointment urgently as I was flying away the next day. They managed to get me booked in and remove the tooth within 24 hours, which I honestly can’t thank them enough for. The extraction itself was completely pain free. I’ve had teeth removed before at other places and they’ve always been uncomfortable, but this was a totally different experience. In and out, no stress, no pain, and worth every penny. The whole team were brilliant and made me feel really welcome, from the reception staff right through to the dentist. They even called the next day to check how I was getting on, which really shows how much they care about their patients. Genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough. Fantastic service all round. Respectfully, I hope to never see you again 😂😂 thank you ladies x

Been visiting Advance Dental since last year and I’ve had a number of treatments done. The team is full of professionals who explain everything in detail and take such excellent care. My teeth issues are now controlled and all pain has been managed so well by the team. I leave with better tips on how to take care of my teeth and recommendations by the team. Love my check ups! They make it a pleasant experience and are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend 👏🏽

I have been a patient at this surgery for over 30 years and am very happy with the treatment I receive. Lewis is excellent and just wants to do everything possible to enable people to be happy with their teeth. He explains things thoroughly and there is no pressure to make an instant decision. I see Sophie, the Hygienist every three months and she does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth clean. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t be happier.

I have always had such an amazing experience at advanced dental, dr poppys always made me feel so at ease as I am quite a nervous patient when it comes to dentist appointments I first saw her when my wisdom tooth was infected and she didn’t pressure any treatments or removals and she prescribed me antibiotics, I have now just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here under sedation after multiple infections and it was the best choice I’ve ever made from start to finish poppy made me not worry at all and I don’t remember a thing of the procedure which was amazing I would definitely recommend sedation to anyone having a big procedure or any removals, a few days after I was nervous of the possibility of a dry socket as it’s a big worry of mine so I rang and they got me in straight away with dr Lewis for him to check over my removal sites and reasured me everything was healing good and if I had anymore concerns not to hesitate to call again. Every member of staff I’ve met here are so lovely and just make you feel so comfortable from start to finish couldn’t recommend this place enough
