NHS Dentist in Uxbridge

They added me to the NHS appointment waiting list on 05/09/2025, and I chased it on 08/12/2025 as I have not received any follow up from them. I then received confirmation that they still couldn’t say when my appointment might be scheduled and they understand I have been waiting for 3 months. I understand it isn’t their fault — the NHS system itself isn’t ideal, to put it politely — so that’s where the reduced rating comes from. That said, the receptionists here are excellent. They respond quickly, are very factual, and always remain friendly. Because it looks like the NHS wait times at this dentist are significantly longer than three months, I wouldn’t recommend it if you need something done urgently. However, if you can/or sadly have to wait and want genuinely great customer service, they’re definitely worth contacting.

We absolutely Love it. Great service, kind receptionist and nice dentist for our daughter. She has been registered in this dental clinic since she was 3. Dentist is so patient with the kids, gives you all the information you need and answers all of your/your kid's questions. Totally recommended.

As soon as I entered the practice I was warmly welcomed by a lovely receptionist who instantly put me at ease before my treatment. I'd highly recommend this dental surgery. Overall great practice and wonderful staff!

I have always been the person who avoids going to the dentist! The entire team at Hollis Dental are so friendly, and really do make you feel comfortable at all times. It makes such a difference when you are in a great environment.

Very rude and unprofessional. My partner booked an appointment and asked to join. Only to arrive and then told a price that they could have set over the phone. Instead of explaining one of the staff was disgusting rude and unprofessional!
