First time at this dentist and found the receptionist very friendly and welcoming. The reception was bright and clean. I was a bit nervous but the dentist was so nice and put me at ease. She explained everything what she was going to do. Really lovely dental practice. 😊

Very clean and friendly environment, the dentist was very good at talking me through everything and explaining/answering any queries I had. The receptionist is very calm and friendly and makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door, and always has a welcoming smile on her face which is nice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Dr Patel and her dental assistant made me feel relaxed and explained on what to expect before and after the procedure (wisdom tooth extraction). They were very professional and the clinic is very clean and also provides the customer with a parking space in the back of the building. Thank You So Much !

Was referred here for an extraction and I must say the experience was fantastic. The practice is very clean and inviting when you walk in the door and the receptionist was extremely welcoming. Huge thanks to Jasmin and Sandhya who did the extraction. The two of you as a team made the whole experience immensely pleasant. You put me at ease and were just a generally comfortable and calming presence. Highly recommend this practice

Had a great experience at Frays Dental. Dr. Tejal Patel and her Nepali co-worker were very kind, friendly, and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout. The clinic is clean and the staff have a really good attitude. Highly recommend!"

I’ve had three extractions here previously, and this fourth experience was by far the worst. Not only was my appointment over 30 minutes late, but the overall service was extremely disappointing. The dentist, Jasmine, didn’t introduce herself and appeared to be in a rush from the start. The level of pain I experienced was unacceptable. I was given four injections of anaesthetic, but there was no proper wait time for it to take effect before the procedure began. As a result, the pain was intense and honestly brought me to tears. The dental nurse did seem like she was trying her best, but when I said I wasn’t okay, there was no response or reassurance, which made me feel completely ignored. There was very little communication throughout the appointment, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. At the end, there was no reassurance, no explanation, and not even a simple goodbye. Overall, this was a very distressing experience, and I would not recommend this practice based on my visit.
