I’ve been really pleased with my experience at this dental practice. The whole team are always so friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment you walk in. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and at ease, which makes such a difference when visiting the dentist. Appointments are always well organised and run on time, which I really appreciate. Nicola is always very accommodating, helpful, and understanding, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The level of care and attention from the team is excellent, and I always feel well looked after. I would happily recommend this practice to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional dentist.

I’ve been attending this Dentist for a few years with my elderly Mum who is always treated so well by all the members of staff that she comes into contact with & her dentist is so caring, friendly and puts her at ease. I have been seeing a great hygienist there Lauren for a while privately, who has made such an improvement to my teeth I don’t even mind going anymore 😊 lucky to find out recently that a new dentist had started and NHS Was available I gladly snapped up the chance to be able to have all my dental treatment under 1 roof. Also a massive thank you to the welcoming & friendly Nicola on reception & she’s very patient, kind & efficient it’s much appreciated. I know I take a time to sort out our appointments 🤣🤣 Thank you all in all it’s as good an experience as a dentist can be 😊

I highly recommend this dental surgery. Doctor Anita is professional, caring and always takes the time to make patients feel comfortable and reassured. The staff is very friendly, polite, and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. I especially appreciate how warmly my son is also welcomed at the surgery. I have been a patient at Upminster dental practice for the past 3 years, it was highly recommended to me . The practice staff are amazing friendly very welcoming and so professional . Anita the dentist is just amazing and buts you at ease with her gentle demeanour. Ave had to extractions over the period Ave been attending the practice and didn’t feel a thing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lauren the Dental therapist has been looking after my dental hygiene for a number of years and is quite wonderful and really cares about her patients comfort as well as their dental care. I honestly wouldn’t be comfortable anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this practice if you want good dental care. Ben

I’ve been seeing Anita’s practice for over 10 years, and so has my family. She is knowledgeable, honest and has saved many of my fragile teeth. She never recommends unnecessary work—unlike other dentists I’ve seen. My two daughters see her regularly, and they love her for her kind approach. The hygienist, the assistants and the receptionist are always kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice.

My husband and I have been attending this dental practice since it opened and have found the staff to be most diligent, friendly and competent. The surroundings are very clean and comfortable and the whole atmosphere fills you with confidence. I would recommend this dentist to anyone- I am sure they would not be disappointed.
