After 40 years of avoiding the dentist I finally found one that I’m totally comfortable & at ease with. Not only are the reception staff extremely friendly & helpful at the surgery but the dentist I have been seeing Mr Ismail Dumenci is extremely approachable & welcoming. Nothing is 2 much trouble he’s an absolute perfectionist, you don’t feel the appointment is rushed & he talks you through what procedure needs to be done. Highly recommended & wouldn’t hesitate in advising others to see him.
Well! What can I say!?! An absolute 10/10 experience. I had a traumatic experience in my early teens so hadn't been to the dentist for many years but Dr Ismail made me feel so at ease from the get go. Had a deep clean, 2 composite bonding and 2 teeth extraction and didn't feel any pain at all! Dr Ismail - thank you, THANK YOU!! You are truly wonderful! Also, Brigette at reception who makes you feel so welcome at every visit! Would highly recommend!!
I attended as I’d lost a false tooth from the front of my mouth. I needed to have a crown replacement, but have no regular dentist. I’ll admit I was initially attracted by the free consultation offer, but am very glad I chose this surgery. The receptionists were very friendly and efficient at all times. Especially a lady called Hayley. My consultation was with a doctor whose name I don’t recall, but he was friendly and explained all my options fully. I was treated by Dr Ismail Dumenci who was attentive, understanding and charming. He assistant nurse was the same. The cost was in line with the research I’d carried out, and the work was completed in a good timescale. The work I had done looks and feels great, and I can smile again ! I’d recommend this surgery to anyone. Thanks.
I was initially anxious about my wisdom tooth extraction, but Dr Ismail was clear and detailed about the process, even taking extra steps to prevent any residual damage from the procedure. I am extremely happy with the final result. I would definitely recommend!

Dr Ismail Dumenci has really good. I have have seeing him for two visits. Once for a clean and removal. And one for a filling. Both visits when smoothly with minimal to zero pain.
