Perfect Smile - Dentist in Twickenham

Highly recommend Perfect Smile Twickenham, and in particular Dr Emily Cross. I'm a reasonably nervous patient normally, and she has really helped me feel comfortable with being in a dental chair again. It had been 4 years between dental check ups and she didn't make me feel judged which I really appreciated! On my second visit I needed 2 fillings with injections for the first time, I was very worried leading up to it but Emily was brilliant and there was barely a moment of discomfort. She communicates calmly and clearly, explaining everything that is happening and what to expect. I’ll be getting composite bonding with her soon. Every visit has been a positive experience, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the comfort of her patients.

Excellent dental practice. My family came for check up and filling, and every visit was a very positive experience. My dentist, Dr Gashi, is professional, gentle, and very patient. She is always friendly and genuinely cares about her patients’ wellbeing. She is especially patient with children and makes check-ups much easier for them. The reception staff are also always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I had no difficulty in booking a convenient slot for my routine check up. I was seen on time and Dr Cross briefed me on the care of my teeth. The payment of £27.90 was good value. I had noted the appointment in my diary and would not have missed it having received several email reminders.

I had to visit Perfect Smile Twickenham today for a filling re fill. I was feeling super nervous and anxious but I was totally put at ease with my wonderful dentist Richa Awasthi Guatam and her lovely nurse Ginana. Richa was amazing with me, she was so kind and patient and I honestly felt so relaxed because of how she was. I couldn’t recommend her enough and I’ll definitely be seeeing her for all my visits!

As a very nervous patient, the dental treatment, professionalism and care that I receive from my dentist is outstanding. Dentist Richa Awasthi Gautam, assisted by dental nurse Karina, always clearly explains procedures and is extremely reassuring whilst providing exemplary dental care. Highly recommended.

Dr Emily was absolutely amazing, as a very nervous patient, I was dreading having my filling, but she made the whole procedure super comfortable for me. She took her time to explain everything thoroughly to me, and her professionalism, kindness and patience made me feel so at ease throughout. Could not recommend more highly. 🙂

I have been with Perfect Smile Twickenham for years now and have never had a bad experience once. Such a great practice. Everyone is super friendly. Every step of a procedure (if you need work done) is explained in the detail you need. I can highly recommend.
