This week I had an upper wisdom tooth removed following a routine inspection. The whole process from discovering that there was a problem with my tooth, to booking an appointment ( the next day), having the tooth removed, the aftercare advice and the telephone call the following morning to check that I was OK was exactly what you need when undergoing this type of treatment. The removal of the tooth was an interesting experience. Having been given several injections to numb the area, the dentist - Valerie Dawson used her skill to remove the tooth effortlessly. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. It was slightly painful for the rest of the day but soon recovered and I no longer have a problem tooth. Thank you to all the staff at Warwick Park Dental Practice who definitely make you feel at ease when the need to have dental treatment is required. It’s rather pleasing to be able to write something about something good instead of having to complain about poor service. Many thanks to you all.

Avoid this practice. Between a botched Invisalign fitting and chaotic admin, this is one of the worst-run services I've come across. I recently brought my son in for an appointment, only to be told it had never been saved. They blamed a "reversed payment" and claimed they'd called the day before to warn me. I missed that single call, and the result was a completely wasted trip with my son making a wasted trip. It got worse when I tried to book in for myself. I was suddenly informed I had an "overdue debt" going back four years, the first I'd ever heard of it. They'd presumably been posting letters to an old address and never once confirmed I'd received them. Then, without any conversation or chance to sort it out, they told me they would refuse to see me at all. My family recently moved back to the area and tried to sign back up, only to be turned away. No discussion, no goodwill, just a flat refusal over an issue they'd failed to communicate for years. If this is how they treat returning patients and their children, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

As always Valerie provided an excellent and prompt service when I recently broke a tooth. Valerie has been my dentist for about 5 years and has dealt efficiently, effectively and painlessly with all my dental problems over that period. I would strongly recommend her to anybody.

Amazing practice; from the front of house staff to the brilliant Dr Reena and Cydney. Highly recommend if you are nervous of dentists, a lovely calm space with excellent staff. My parents and children also now use this practice and are very happy. 5 stars

My whole family are patients at Warwick Park with Dr Joe Perera and have been for many years. Great care and personal attention. The support staff are also friendly and efficient. I would recommend to anyone.

Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT sign up to this dental practice. Absolutely awful service for customers. They rescheduled a hygienist appointment I had 3 times in a row, then requested I pay a cancellation fee for cancelling once. I was told I had to pay the fee on the morning of another appointment, without any prior notice of this. I tried to explain this over the phone, but the receptionist kept on talking over me and tried to hang up the phone several times. I will be moving myself and my whole family away from this practice.

I had a great experience at Warwick Park Dental Practice when I had a new crown fitted last week. A big thank you to Dr Dawson and her nurse Gemini. They make a fantastic team and both put me at ease immediately and the whole procedure was straightforward. The gold crown itself was expertly made and fitted easily. The surgery is modern and inviting, the gardens have been beautifully renovated and I can see why this practice is often recommended by word of mouth from locals and on social media. Warwick park really is the place to go in Tunbridge wells.
