I’ve had a great experience with this practice, all staff members including the orthodontist Keith, therapist Hannah, nurses Lorraine and Freddie, and receptionists Jean and Julia, are all fantastic and professional. After many years of deliberating, I decided to take the plunge & booked in to see Richard George about Invisalign. I had sucked my thumb as a child so felt my front teeth were protruding, and I lisped when I spoke. Exacerbated by ‘inheriting’ both parents’ crossed & overcrowded bottom teeth, I had got to the point where I hated having my photo taken. As a "smiley" person I knew I had to do something! Having had a previous Invisalign consultation where I felt uncomfortably pressurised into signing up, I booked to see Richard at Total Orthodontics following a recommendation from a work colleague. What a completely different experience in every way! The entire process was seamless, with no pressure or "hard sell". From the fabulous reception team to the dental nurses, and the brilliant Richard himself, I can’t recommend Total Orthodontics enough. I’ve now got the smile I’ve always wanted, without any pain or extractions! The entire process felt professional, planned & managed and at every stage I felt so well cared for. Thank you so much to the entire team!

Keith, Freddie and the whole team are so welcoming and kind, and you feel it from the moment you walk in! They are all so lovely and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. My daughter has just finished approximately 2 years of treatment. Her teeth look absolutely superb. We always enjoyed our visits because the whole team are really friendly. We shall miss our monthly appointments!!

It had been about 18 years since I had last visited Total Orthodontics TW so had anticipated there would be no familiar faces remaining. But what a lovely team! Everyone is incredibly friendly and eager to help. From Reception through to the Consultation room only a surprisingly pleasant experience was had. My orthodontist in this instance was Keith, and both he and the dental nurse were, again, both cheery and friendly and sensitive to the specifics of my situation. An all round resoundingly positive all experience. Thank you.

Wonderful experience! Both for me and my daughter. Keith offers huge expertise with a reassuringly super meticulous approach. He’s good fun too. His team are all thoroughly professional and absolutely lovely. It’s a genuine pleasure to go to see them!

I began my orthodontic treatment in May 2023 and from start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve never had any issues with my treatment, and I always felt well taken care of. The team, especially Keith, has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. The receptionists are always welcoming and greet you with a smile, which adds such a positive touch to every visit. Emergency appointments are available if needed, which provides great peace of mind. Now that my treatment is complete, I couldn't be more happy with the results. I would highly recommend Keith for orthodontic treatment.
