High Brooms Dental Clinic

I had an urgent dental issue today and was seen at very short notice, which I truly appreciate. From the moment I called, the receptionist was excellent, friendly, professional, and very reassuring during a stressful time. The dentist was incredibly caring and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out, and I felt I was in very safe hands throughout the appointment. I’m so grateful for the prompt care and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Would never go to a different dentist. Charlotte has always been amazing and puts me and my kids at ease every time we visit. I had a check-up today and needed a filling, and I just wanted to say what a great experience I had from start to finish. Dr. Ashin was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. Nurse Michaela was also so kind, reassuring, and attentive, making the whole appointment run smoothly. Having dental work done can sometimes feel stressful, but both Dr. Ashin and Nurse Miheala made it such a comfortable and positive experience.Highly recommend this practice.

Excellent 1st appt with Samantha today, she was knowledgeable, kind and set me at ease. Receptionist was super helpful and nice too, lovely practice and glad I found them when they were accepting NHS patients as had a poor experience with NHS dentist elsewhere. Signed up to their monthly plan for hygienist & appts etc and was able to book in some appts for these today well advance too. Would recommend!

Hygenist Anca is the most amazing person, I have been having appointments for years each time so caring and considerate of my sensitive teeth. Anca and Diana gave my teeth the best clean today I’m so happy, look forward to my next visit. Thank you also the receptionist she was so lovely!

Visited my Dentist Charlotte today. Always an extremely anxious visit for me, for a week before my looming appt. Charlotte is always a calming presence, kind and understanding, dealing promptly and professionally with a highly anxious patient. Halfway through my routine appt she so very kindly tells me that all is looking ok, and I can then relax a little. No, unnecessary, and unaffordable for me, upselling of hygienist etc. This means that I am happy to book another appt for 6/12 months, and actually attend. Thank you to all at the surgery for a friendly, professional service, and positive experience.

My husband and I visited the High Brooms Dental Clinic this morning for the first time. We were met with amazing kindness by the staff. Our dentist was professional, kind and did everything she could to make our visit as easy as she could. The busy practice itself was welcoming and friendly. We could not have asked for more.
