Honestly the reception/admin team here is so lovely and accommodating. Amazing getting me appointments that work around my schedule and I’m sure it’s so annoying doing it, I’m also a medical receptionist so I know how difficult it can be. Just an amazing team there and my usual dentist is lovely as well.
I had an appointment on the morning of 13th April 2026. As ever,my dentist Alex was fantastic, can't fault him. Would recommend to anyone. However.............the new late middle aged receptionist was unwelcoming, standoffish, and finally rude. Not what I've come to expect at all from this practice. She needs to be introduced to two special words; Please...and Thank you. This isn't the 2000's anymore, love; patients expect to give and receive a little respect.
So I had a appointment on 21st April. They cancelled that 1 hour before was due to go. I made appointment for the 22nd April then received a text saying in order to confirm appointment I needed to pay in advance. I didn't pay in advance so as far as I'm concerned appointment was not confirmed. Received letter saying I failed to attend appointment on 22nd April and I'll be incurring charges of £2 a minute on my account whatever the hell that means. What a joke
I had severe toothache due to an abscess and loose tooth. Although not registered at this dentist, they saw me the same day & removed the tooth even though it was 2 days before New Year. The cost of £65 was extremely reasonable considering I had been in excruciating pain over Christmas. Cannot thank the team enough for giving me a Happy New Year!! Thank you all.
I have been with dental care in Trowbridge for about 12 years if I've ever had a problem I ring up I explain and they always try and fit me in when they can the treatment I've received has been brilliant thank you very much indeed Gary Clail
Yet again five minute job, said you need hygenist £70 + no descale or polish offered. Used to be included? Only once been done. Not happy
