Great Bridge Dental Practice

My daughter and myself have been patients at this dentist practice for years and one great thing is you always see the same dentist, it never changes. My daughter has been back and forth for quite a while having a tooth filled trying to save it before it came out naturally. On Monday we had to admit defeat as it couldn't be salvaged anymore and she needed to have the tooth pulled out and she was booked in yesterday. For an 8 year old to have a tooth pulled out is a quite a traumatic experience (without being referred to the dental hospital to be sedated) but our dentist was brilliant. She explained everything in a manner that she could understand. Spoke about everything before she did it and didn't do anything too quick or without her understanding what was about to happen. It really put her at ease which helped at such an anxious time! From being booked in at the desk on the day of the extraction, to booking out once it was over - the team were amazing. On behalf of a worried mom and an anxious 8yo - thankyou!

Mr Kisaan Vijayaratnam is an excellent dentist! I have suffered pain from a root canal for the last three years. My dentist in Dudley refused to do anything about it telling me the crown was too complex and there was nothing he could do. I joined this practice and within two months he has booked several appointments and sorted the issue out for me. Thank you so much!

Visited this dentist today for the first time booked an emergency appointment as I was in excruciating pain through out the night. They fit me in the same day and were really kind over the phone. Upon my arrival was seen in a timely manner , receptionist , dentist assistant and dentist were all lovely. Dentist did an X-ray identified the problem and gave a solution which suited me. I feel much better after last night and appreciate the advise given and clarity.

I was a bit hesitant at first after seeing a few mixed reviews, but I’m so glad I gave Great Bridge Dental Practice a chance. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming. The dentist was brilliant—patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My experience was smooth and far better than I expected. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling reassured and well cared for. A big thank you to the entire team! Highly recommended if you're looking for genuine care and professionalism.

I have been to many good dentists and this dentist was the worst, my first time experiencing a bad dentist. I went here first time to get myself and my family registered. We had seema I believe her name was, a dentist, from the beginning I was getting very horrible vibes from her, as it progressed it got worse, I never felt so uncomfortable my whole life from a professional especially in NHS. She was so arrogant, asking her questions felt so uneasy because she would make a face like it was a burden for her to answer those questions and if she did she would make you feel dumb??. Why work with patients if you have no empathy or concern it’s mind blowing. I don’t know where she got her degree and training but it’s concerning how someone like her got a job to work with patients.

Really bad customer service on the phone and the staff are soo rude avoid this dentist the management need to up their game worst experience ever will be writing to the owner of this place

The staff is very friendly and supportive, including their receptionist. The dentist is very professional and addressed multiple issues at the same time whilst also created a care plan at the very first appointment. She was very informative and calming. Would recommend their services.
