Outstanding Care at Brigstock Dental, Thornton Heath After a very painful experience with a previous dentist, I had avoided dental treatment for many years. When I faced a dental emergency, I was recommended to register with Brigstock Dental, and I am so grateful that I did. From the moment I arrived, I was met with such warmth, kindness, and reassurance from the wonderful reception staff, which immediately helped to ease my fears. Although I was extremely anxious, my experience at Brigstock Dental has been nothing short of exceptional. My dentist, Zohaib Hassan, is truly outstanding. He is highly professional, incredibly kind, gentle, patient, and extremely thorough. He communicates clearly and takes the time to ensure I fully understand every procedure, which has completely restored my confidence and trust in dental care. What was once a source of fear has now become a relaxed and positive experience. I feel safe, cared for, and confident knowing that I am in such capable hands. One of the most unprofessional healthcare providers I have dealt with. The reception staff lack basic communication skills, and telephone etiquette. I requested a copy of my examination report and X-rays, but it was handled with unacceptable delay despite multiple follow-ups. There was no urgency or proper communication throughout. The experience was made worse by the receptionist, Yvette, who spoke in a dismissive and unprofessional manner and hung up the call, while I was still trying to talk. Overall, the service was far below a professional standard. As a long-term private patient, this level of treatment is extremely disappointing. I will not be returning and would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I had a crown fitted today by Dr Rudy Audit, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Every appointment I’ve had, Dr Rudy and nurse Gabi Ianas have made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stand out. I used to be quite nervous about visiting the dentist, but thanks to them, that fear is now completely gone. I genuinely feel confident and relaxed in their care. Highly recommend!

Does this look like a "sealed temporary crown" does this look like my root canal tooth is being "protected from bacteria entering" Quite disappointed. Manager of the place Sadiyah tells me "nhs give us rubbish material, temporary crowns are meant to break" that’s funny. I asked her are they meant to break within an hour? This practice believes it’s completely normal. I have a root canal tooth that needs a permanent crown. I went through all the procedures for the crown not to fit and now I have to wait till the 27th. Temporary crown put on my tooth broke within an hour and they didn’t want to fix it even though the whole side of my tooth is exposed, the gumline had a blood spot and it’s a root canal tooth which is already weakened. I shouldn’t be concerned at all right? Sadiyah needs to learn how to acknowledge when something is wrong rather than blindly defending the indefensible. A quick ask around the dentists in the area and you will quickly gather that temporary crowns shouldn’t be breaking within an hour and that it isn’t too much to ask to have them repaired. Maybe it’s common sense? This isn’t free. I’m paying over £300 for a permanent crown. The least I expect is a protected root canal tooth until my permanent crown.

I have been having dental surgery under Dr Davesh Patel since April 2025. I have had 1 implant done and am waiting for 2 more implants ro be done. I found Dr Davesh Patel to be very patient and pleasant. He took his time to explain every step of the procedure in detail calmly after taking xrays and scans. He also explained the issues and how he would resolve them before proceeding with the implant. I am very satisfied with the implant and will not hesitate to recommend Dr Davesh Patel to any family members, relatives and friends. A masive thank you to Dr Davesh Patel for the service provided. Before I end, I would add that the receiption staff are all very helpful and pleasant too

I thoroughly recommend Brigstock Dental, in particular Dr Kreena Patel who identified and treated a root canal, which had previously been considered untreatable due to historic damage to the tooth. I was given clear information at the first consultation and then during the procedure itself, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I was also able to see the x-rays, scans and photographs taken, something that I find very interesting to help understand the treatment. I decided to seek Dr Kreena's opinion on whether it was possible to try to save the tooth due to her expertise and I am very happy that I did. Everyone at the practice is friendly and helpful, I was grateful for the follow-up call the day after the root canal procedure to check how I was feeling.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Brigstock Dental Practice. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel welcome and at ease. The receptionists are warm, friendly, and super helpful, and the assistants are just as lovely and reassuring. The dentists themselves are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring — they take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you’re comfortable throughout. You can really tell this is a well-run practice where everyone takes pride in what they do, and a lot of that clearly comes down to great management behind the scenes as well. Top-class service from start to finish. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a dental practice that actually cares about its patients.
