I cannot thank Joao Bruno Santos Teixeira and the staff at Watton enough. I have not been to a dentist in so many years due to a hideous, frightening experience many years ago when I was younger , I was petrified to step into a dentist surgery again, however due to my dog knocking a loose tooth out and leaving another one hanging by a thread, I had no option . I almost left twice whilst sitting in the waiting room, but I honestly could not of had a better experience, Joao was fantastic and so kind, not judgemental and he explained everything so very well and was so thorough, he made me feel so relaxed and I just wish I had of had the courage to have done this years ago. A Wonderful practice and such caring empathetic people. If you are nervous in the slightest I would not hesitate to say go and see these people, they truly are caring incredible people and I highly recommend them . Charlotte Bursnell

Who said all dentists are only interested in upselling? Having visited the dentist for many years, and like most of us finding it a scary and at times painful experience, it was more often than not a costly one too. I often wondered whether they really cared about my welfare, and whether I truly needed all the treatments they recommended. Well, thankfully I met Joao. I recently visited him and, as always, he was welcoming, professional and very thorough. He took the time to explain in detail what needed to be addressed and in order of priority. It's very clear that his priority is the patient's welfare, which in the current climate is both refreshing and reassuring. To have a dentist like Joao — someone who genuinely cares, is passionate about his work, and goes that extra mile to put your mind at rest — is something special. The personal service and care he provides throughout is truly exemplary. A big thank you, Joao. My wife and I will continue to use your services!

Joao is an excellent dentist. Thorough and determined to educate the patient so that going forward mouth health is guaranteed. He explained each technique clearly so no surprises. He was very aware of potential discomfort and minimised the pain! I would recommend Joao 100% and thank him for his great care.

I was referred here by my NHS dentist to have my Wisdon tooth pulled out. I was so anxious as I do not like needles. They were so friendly and gentle. I did not fill the 3 injections go in, one on the root of my mouth. Within seconds my tooth was out! Such a relief and so happy. Great dentist

Had an appointment with Cristina who is always friendly, very calming as like many, I am petrified of going to the dentist, but she makes it bearable for me. Given advice without pressure, full credit to Cristina.

Friendly, easy going, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. I feel very fortunate to have him as my dentist. Highly recommended!
