Absolutely amazing! The service is wonderful, the receptionist was phenomenal and we had a great laugh with her! We can’t wait to go back we were made to feel so comfortable even throughout the actual dentist procedure! Very professional and can’t wait to come back and have a good chat and a laugh

We saw an article on the BBC news site about this practice having a large number of NHS spaces available, having spent a small fortune on private dental care that wasn't sustainable I reached out to the practice to register myself and family, within half an hour Angela came back to me on email and registered all of us and booked us a family appointment two weeks later which we have attended today, both Angela and Sophie on reception were very welcoming and explained everything thoroughly to get us registered on the system, we all saw Shabnam who was very thorough with our exams, nothing felt rushed, we have a toddler who can get emotional in these type of settings but nothing was any trouble and although our little girl wasn't letting Shabnam give her a full examination we did receive ample advice of the little one's dental care, seems like a decent caring practice and no more paying ££££ on private dental care 🎉it's worth noting for patients with mobility issues the practice is all on the 1st floor.

They're great with getting things done when needed, but when it comes to answering the phone to cancel or rebook appointments they never answer. Been trying to contact them for the past two days and it always rings out no matter the time between calls.

Took my mum in today...New gentleman dentist who at the moment only does two days. Wow what a gentleman. Really made us feel at ease. Fantastic communication. Will be sticking with him..:) and reception was fabulous. So friendly so professional.

A great dental practice! The reception staff are very professional polite & efficient. with a very good prompt service, sometimes a little difficult to contact, as very busy. The dental treatment is excellent, explanation of the options are very clear & exceptional quality of work on all aspects required! Highly recommend!!

I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone. I have been left with bad dental anxiety after an awful experience where nothing was communicated with me and consent was not requested for procedures that caused discomfort. Furthermore, my husband and I were both misdiagnosed and would have each had a tooth extracted had we listened and not got a second opinion.
