Serious concerns regarding practice. Extraction completed effectively but the issues that followed have been extremely concerning. My card has been charged a different, higher amount. After contacting the surgery to query this, we have received invoices stating we are being charged for a different tooth to the one removed and x rays, which were never taken. Even more concerning still, my digital signature, which was provided only to confirm that the tooth had been extracted, has now been applied to a treatment plan/invoice that I did not review or agree to - again listing the wrong tooth and that other treatments were received. Response to the practice… We have attempted to discuss this directly, which has not been helpful. The concerns raised are factual and supported by the invoices and documents provided by your practice. We were charged a higher amount than quoted, invoiced for a different tooth to the one removed, billed for x-rays that were not taken, and my digital signature has appeared on a treatment plan/invoice I was not shown or asked to agree to. This all came to light after the appointment. These are not misunderstandings but documented discrepancies, which is why they were raised and are being taken very seriously.

Best Dentists in town!! Justin was fantastic and highly skilled! It was evident from the way he managed a complicated surgery look easy. Made me feel at ease throughout and kept me fully informed of the process. The supporting staff were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Thank you 🙏

It might seem odd to say I had an excellent experience while I was in the dental chair for several hours. Justin and Magda were very professional, courteous and full of humour to keep me happy. They even put on the radio cricket commentary for me! Full of most helpful advice/hints. No pain either during the session or since.

I had dental implant surgery yesterday. I was so anxious because it was a front incisor that had to be removed and an implant inserted with bone graft. Aksankha, the Dentist and Magda, the implant nurse were just fantastic. Made me feel calm, good local anaesthetic so no pain. They are such a skilled and professional group of people. I would recommend them highly

I was recommended to visit this practice and had a very positive experience. Justin, the dentist and Magda, the nurse were both excellent. Alex on reception was very welcoming and took the time to answer all of my questions.

I needed a tooth extraction, and was due to be going on holiday in a few hours, and did not want to go away being in agony. Taunton Dental and Implant Centre were able to help me when my dentist, and others, were not able to. I was seen by Akanksha and her Dental Nurse. She was very kind, professional and efficient. She was happy to offer advice for any future treatments. Ally, the receptionist, was very welcoming and helpful. I was so impressed with everything, that I will be moving to this surgery. I feel I will be in very good hands. I want to thank you all who helped me on Monday. I am very grateful, and I am now enjoying a pain free holiday.

I had Invisalign with Confident Orthodontics and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The orthodontist was kind and reassuring, always explaining each stage of treatment. The team were lovely and made the whole process easy. I’m really happy with my results and would highly recommend.
