They fixed the teeth for my partner before no problem. But seen they have the fire they try to play the ball. Refer him to another practice without notice that it could cost him £4K including £400 for just checking consultation. Nothing has been done since August. I contacted them as we don’t have 4K to fix 2 teeth. Only request to fix it temporarily like before they did for him. Booked the appointment back to them today, telling the receptionist clearly we only want to fix it like before they did. Don’t refer him anywhere else as wasting the time/ money. And again on the appointment they refused to do it. I wonder why? As they did it before for him. And said the other practices have discounts for him from 4K to £700/ 1 teeth??? As a private practice I thought they should care for your client more but no. I Was told they would contact me back but no one contacted me. Trying to ignore the problem is not helpful at all. At the time of the living crisis, not many people could afford £4K to fix only 2 teeth. Also we all know how hard it is to have a dentist at the moment. Every time we register somewhere we have to pay for consultation fee/ X-ray fee/ new patient fee…and the time of waiting for the appointment. And they try and try to refer him to another dentist. Ridiculous service. I do not recommend this practice. Feeling so angry 😠 with what they have done today.

I was an NHS patient here for over 20 years, along with my son who went there from a small child. We were unable to go following the pandemic because my son has compromised immunity, so they took us both off! As someone who suffers with anxiety, i never found them to be kind or helpful, and I just thought that's what going to the dentist is like. How wrong I was. I now have a terrific dentist in Bridgwater who is so much better in every way.

We visited the practice today for our six monthly check up. Paul white was his normal welcoming self, which puts my wife at ease ,as she is petrified of dentists. But today was the best, the dental nurse was brilliant ,my wife only gagged once and me not at all and we are both gaggers. We have been with Paul for a number of years and I would recommend him to anyone. I hope he keeps the nurse.

Been desperate for a dentist for some time, and I had to bite the bullet and go for private due to the lack of nhs dentists taking patients on. I walked in really nervous and as soon as I met the team I instantly felt at ease, I was worried I would be judged because I have been in the past for the dentist to easily putting my mind at rest and reassuring me that they could help fix things. Their care really is so good! They listen to you and have a solution rather than judgement, they don’t pressure you in to treatment and focus on you and your needs. I am super impressed and glad I went private now!

They offer NHS to children under 18. However the receptionist laughed at me when I enquired about my daughter being a patient, having not been able to get a dentist appointment for her since October 2019, because I was unable to afford putting myself on their books as a private adult patient to enable her to be seen.

Mr Copeland put's you at ease, particularity if afraid of dentists, advise and treatment was exceptional, dentist had great mannerisms and service was second to none from this practise, would highly recommend.

Staff were so efficient, I was in and out within 20 minutes! Used back door to enter and front door to leave. Really impressed how diligent and organised everything was and felt totally safe. Thanks!
