Ebenezer House Dental Care

Five stars are not enough. I have been going through a full dental plan since March spread over 10+ appointments and I cannot fault the service I have received. Friendly, professional and caring every step of the way. Matt and all the team are all stars and I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone. Thank you all for looking after me.

I first came to this practice when an old Maryland bridge popped off about ten years ago. Steve replaced it with a better version and has been a brilliant dentist. Always happy to chat through the options and very reassuring to someone who is quite a nervous/ jumpy patient. Jill, the hygienist, also has been very gentle in both her treatment and constructive criticisms of my brushing technique! Highly recommend the friendly and relaxed atmosphere nurtured at this practice.

Before I started going to Ebenezer House I had a massive fear of dentists, but over the years (and there have been far more than I care to remember) I have always felt calm and relaxed in the chair. Matt is my dentist and he is always friendly and listens to what I want and makes sound suggestions personalised just for me. I can’t imagine going anywhere else now! Would highly recommend.

Dr. Matthew Jones, who takes care of my son's dental treatment, is a wonderful person,calm, patient, and someone who truly makes you feel at ease and confident. The ladies at the reception are always kind and welcoming. We have been to many dentists in Swindon and wanted for a long time to register at this clinic, but there were no available spaces for new patients. I’m very happy that we finally managed to get in.

I have been a long standing patient of Ebenezer House and have always found the service to be excellent. Matt is a great Dentist and all the dental nurses and hygienists are supportive and very careful. The reception staff are also extremely helpful and cheerful. I would thoroughly recommend using Ebenezer House even if you are nervous about seeing dentists they all do their best to help.

I cannot recommend this practice too highly. I have been a patient for many years and have found everyone unfailingly kind and helpful. Matt is a brilliant, gentle, reassuring dentist, backed up by super dental nurses and hygienists.

I have been going to this practice since I was little girl . Matt is a fantastic dentist, last year I had my teeth straightened, I have been so pleased with them , they look amazing. My husband who has had bad experiences at dentists also now sees Matt , he always puts him at ease , very gentle & he doesn’t worry about the visit at all . It is such a friendly practice, the girls on reception are lovely & welcoming. I highly recommend Ebenezer House . ❤️
