Dentalcare Swindon

usually im quite uneasy when it comes to going to the dentist but the past few times ive come ive had nothing but good treatment from shifana and the assistants. shifana is super gentle and always checks to see if im doing alright and shes fine with me listening to music through my headphones during my appointment. my teeth were really bad when i first started going here but nobody ever passed judgement or was rude, they just explained how to clean my teeth properly and booked me in for my fillings! i have had a few issues where my appointments have been cancelled (once while i was already on my way to swindon) which was frustrating but i think a few cancelled appointments are worth it for the great treatment ive been getting overall ive had a great experience coming here and its nice to finally have a dentist that makes me feel safe and comfortable

Friendly, helpful staff. My appointment was on time, Dentist was excellent, very gentle, explained everything and also gave advice on a ongoing issue i have. I have attended here for a long time and have no complaints. 10/10

I have been a patient for the past year and have always been happy with the service. Have to give a special huge thank you for their help and service today- I cracked my front tooth at the weekend and managed to see a dentist on the Monday, 45 mins later it was fixed. Such a quick response - I really appreciate them doing the work there and then. One very happy and grateful patient! Thank you to Seulki for fixing my tooth!

Brilliant care from dental implant team, Dr Udeh and Danielle. I received the best care, constant communication and clear timelimes and pricing from the team for my dental implant journey. They were exceptional and would highly recommend.

Terrible experience. I called with severe tooth pain and was left on hold for nearly 30 minutes while suffering. After finally answering, they told me they were not accepting new NHS patients, despite NHS information saying otherwise. When I mentioned this, they put me on hold again instead of giving a clear answer. In the end, they simply said there were no appointments available. Completely unprofessional and extremely frustrating, especially for someone dealing with a dental emergency.

Whilst I have no issues with the actual dentist or hygienist, they have always been friendly and put you at ease. What I do have a problem with is the fact that they cannot do a tooth extraction for a broken tooth. They try to refer you to their private friend or to be sedated via the NHS. I explained I didn't need to be sedated and they just pushed for me to use their private friend. How can a dentist not complete a tooth extraction? I have also emailed 3 times and requested confirmation of receipt of the email to cancel my future appointments and remove me from their list. I have had no response and appointment reminders still coming through. I am waiting for them to attempt to charge me for missed appointments, which won't be happening. Wouldn't recommend as an NHS dentist, because they can't do half of the treatments anyway.

Its a shame you can't give zero or minus stars. This dental practice is a joke. Even when you cancel appointments they mark it as a missed appointment. If you cancel 2 appointments you get kicked off of their nhs list. Not to mention the fact they try to force you to come every 3 months. Stay clear of this place. The staff are rude and they never answer the phone nor emails. They have no idea what customer service is.
