Bupa Dental Care Highworth

I had a severely painful tooth that needed urgent extraction, and this dentist accommodated me on incredibly short notice. Magda was exceptional—skilled, reassuring, and professional providing lots of helpful information throughout. The extraction went very smoothly and was virtually painless. The entire team was super helpful, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. I'm so grateful for their care and efficiency. Highly recommended!

This dentist is amazing. The staff are very welcoming and the dentistry is exemplary. There is a big misconception of thinking this is expensive it’s more cost effective to use this bupa dentist than pay for private treatment on the NHS. They do not rush and I have had an issue for a long time and this was resolved by Magda Kreft she is absolutely amazing giving full explanations on every detail showing the before and after and explaining the why. I will only have this amazing dentist touch my teeth going forward. She’s so good my whole family have joined up. Thank you Magda for your service you are an outstanding dentist with a real care for your patients, no problem is too small and no question too big! What a breath of fresh air!

The hygienist I have seen for 18 years was not available for an appointment until early next year and was really needing to see someone ..from the first point of contact they made booking very simple..on arrival the receptionist and all other staff were very welcoming and friendly.. Hygienist was so patient and made me feel comfortable instantly. She really was gentle as I dread these appointments especially as it was a new environment. I can honestly say it was pain free as I have very sensitive teeth and even with the limited treatment because of the restrictions, an amazing job was done! I'm really pleased I have found this lovely practice. Thank you all so much !

Receptionist lets this practice down unfortunately. Quite patronising and didn’t take the time to check whether or not to charge me based on my cover. I’ve now got to take time to have Bupa reimburse me as a result of incompetence or at least lack of explaining why money was owed on this occasion. It was a first visit for a check up as per my policy.

The Care recieved by all staff excellent. Reception staff very professional and friendly. Even with a nervous patient who had not been to the dentist for about twenty years. My Dentist made sure that Iunderstand what is about to happen. Very happy with her work. What to do if any problems afterwards. Leaflet given explaining these things. Also told what will happen next. Not Rushed. one down-side is the air conditioning unit was not working on my last two visits. Very hot for me and the staff. Would have been a 10 if it had been working

We have recently been recommended The Highworth Dental practice in Sheep Street ,Highworth. My partner Jed had an issue with his tooth/gum and as his previous Dentist had retired we were looking for a new one. I phoned and explained and that we had been given the name of Dr Richard Stevens and asked if he was taking on new patients. We were lucky on two counts in that he was taking on new patients and had a cancellation that day. So Jed went along, the immediate atmosphere when you walk in is friendly and as relaxing as it can be with a visit to the dentist. The Receptionist was welcoming and we both completed the registration forms. We particularly like the way the Dentists/Nurses actually come to collect the next patient. Unfortunately Jed needed an extraction which could be done then. He felt at ease and we were both impressed with the professional and kind manner that we were both dealt with. The Practice have phoned today to check that Jed is OK, a really caring touch showing to us that you are an individual and not just a number. I know that we have only made one visit but our first impressions are excellent. 5 stars

Did seem to have an issue with an ever revolving different dentist each time I visited. I am pleased to say the 'team' seems to be much more stable now though. Having said that all dentist both in the past and currently were/are always very professional and helpful. Hygienists are also all very pleasant and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.
