Save your time and money!! I chose this practice and paid the full cost for a root canal treatment , expecting a high standard of care and long-lasting treatment back in 2021. Unfortunately, only five years later, the tooth developed infection and I had to seek urgent treatment elsewhere. When I contacted the practice to raise my concerns and ask for an explanation, I wasn’t looking for further treatment—I simply wanted my complaint to be taken seriously and to understand why the treatment had failed so soon. Instead, I was told that because the treatment was completed more than a year ago, I would need to pay £85 for an emergency consultation before they would discuss the issue. I found this response very disappointing. In my view, a root canal treatment carried out privately should be expected to last much longer than five years, and I do not believe it is reasonable to ask a patient to pay again just to investigate concerns about treatment they have already paid hundreds of pounds for. Offering a one year kind of warranty for their services says a lot about the quality you receive. Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in the practice and chose to have my tooth treated elsewhere, for them to ask me for money to investigate something they obviously messed up is atrocious.

Highly recommend! Lovely welcoming practice, as a new patient I was nervous however the online booking was so easy and when I arrived the reception were very welcoming. The dentist was super thorough and explained everything I needed to know during my first check up. I'm glad I moved to this dentist!

This is the best dentist you can get ,everything is explained,nothing is too much trouble,and the treatment is excellent,nothing less than perfect,I would recommend them to anyone.
