Andrew Williams has been my dentist for years, Mr Smiley before that. I’m am probably a nightmare due to nervousness. I cannot fault him he has been, and continues to be amazing. So much patience with me and explains the process throughout. The whole dental practice is amazing. Would recommend without a doubt. Thank you all.

Yesterday an emergency appointment was made for me by the nhs, at the laurels dental practice Clydach, as i dont have my own dentist and was suffering with bad toothache. My dentist Katie Davies was wonderful, very friendly. She took a x-ray and a decision was made to extract the tooth, after a couple of injections, Katie removed the tooth no pain, no excess bleeding, just straight forward, she explained the after care and gave me a leaflet. Thank you Katie Davies and thank you laurels dental practice Clydach. I am now pain-free, Outstanding service.

Absolutely disgusting the way I got treated at this dentist. I understand there is a policy with NHS patients and not having an appointment within a certain amount of time. However, I was suffering through a horrendous bareavement with losing my partner and father of my children (last thing on my mind was to go to the dentist) also having a severly autistic child and my mum going through a horrific horse riding accident breaking nearly every bone in her body. After everything had settled I phoned for an appointment and explained my situation and what has been happening to receptionist she then went to explain to Mr williams what had been going on and he replied with "there's no excuse" and kicked me off the list. I was mortified with his response couldn't believe what I heard.

I visited this dentist today as an emergency patient after four days of pain. I am so grateful that eight hours after a stage one root canal I am completely pain free - thank you to all.

The staff are friendly. However the recent replacement. Mr Williams..needs to listen to his patients. After all that is the No:1 rule. He left me in a lot of pain..by not removing teeth, and only doing what he could be bothered to do. Nowhere near as nice as Mr Smillie who would listen & explain. Went to a new dentist today they removed the 2 painful teeth immediately. Mr Williams left me in pain for months. Shockingly bad lack of care and empathy. Mr P. Lock

Excellent service, they fit my severely disabled son in short notice when he had an issue. The dentist was great, patient and got bitten and carried on. I would highly recommend them for parents of disabled children.

Rude and unhelpful literally cannot be bothered to do their jobs. That’s with the private denial treatment couldn’t imagine the lack of care if it was on the NHS.
