When looking for a dentist i chose to go to"My Dentist in killay" because the receptionist Vanessa dealt with my enquiry so well she was very warm and friendly yet informative and explained things well. When I caalled at the dentist the following day very patiently explained things again and put me at ease I noticed whilst waiting the proffessional yet friendly manner she dealt with all patients I was extremly anxious but the dentist explained every step and and lessened my anxiety I would reccomend this dental practice

I joined this dentist, and it all started fine, everyone was lovely, my last checkup was fine. Then I broke a tooth, they wouldn't see me, I went in with my girls for their check up and I explained I have broken my tooth and was in pain they still wouldn't see me.They said I had to wait 10 months for my next appointment. That because I was an NHS patient I could only have one appointment a year. Then I received a letter saying that aggressive behaviour wouldn't be tolerated, I wasn't aggressive I was in pain. Then I had text message cancelling my apppintment and my 2 girls appointments, so I found a better dentist. Then I had a call a couple of days before my appointment to confirm it and I told them they cancelled it, the receptionist was shocked she is the only good thing about this dentist. Avoid if you can

I've been attending this practice for years never had any complaints with the service, difficult to get appointments because of the number of patients but that's how things are. Speaking of service i wish every other reciptionist I've had to deal with, was has lovey caring & helpful as Vanessa , life would be so much easier. Hope you are appreciated for the dedication you give to the firm. I would give a 6 star review for Vanessa alone if I could.

Always an excellent service at My Dentist Killay. Vanessa on reception is always welcoming, courteous and helpful. I cannot fault her. Additionally all of the dental staff are extremely pleasant and I always have fantastic service here. I have recommended this surgery and will continue to do so. It’s is very well run, a faultless practice. 5 stars. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Receptionist Vanessa is very friendly and helpful will try to accommodate all your appointment needs. Nothing is too much trouble for her.

Jose the dentist is always polite and helpful, very good with my kids, they even laugh while he is looking at their teeth. Vanessa on the front desk is always friendly and helpful, the practice wouldn't be the same without her ♥️

This dentist practice has changed how I attend the dentist. I have had several emergencies with my teeth in the last few years and they are always accommodating. Vanessa is amazing at assisting me when I am in extreme pain, she is calm and provides solutions and is so professional in her manner when assisting me. Jose is so patient with me being so nervous that I now do not even get nervous to attend the dentist. Thank you so much and please stay exactly as you are! 🙂
