Gowerton Dental Practice

I unfortunately don't have my own dentist, so when a wisdom tooth started to play up I had it extracted with another dental practice through 111. 3 day's later I had the dreaded dry socket. I rung 111 on a sunday morning, by Monday morning I'd heard nothing back so started to ring round some dentists myself. I rung 5 in total, most were unsympathetic and ended the call. Until I rung this practice. My call was answered by a lady called Judith, she was instantly polite and sympathetic. After telling Judith what was going on, she's promised to speak to the practice manager and get back to me either way. Within 10 minutes, I received a phone call asking if I could attend an hour later. The dentist, who i failed to get his name was amazing. Polite, gentle and sympathetic. Upon leaving here, I was almost pain free. Deeply grateful to the team here for seeing and treating me, when no-one else would even speak to me on the phone. Not all heroes wear capes.

By far the best dentist we have visited. All the staff were friendly and professional.

I had to attend this practice today for an emergency extraction. I was so anxious about attending as I haven’t been to a dentist practice in a while due to them not taking on NHS. The last time I attended as an emergency at a different practice they were so rude and so this time I was a complete mess as well as in severe pain. However, upon arrival the staff were so polite and friendly making me feel at ease straight away. When I was called through I was still really anxious and the dentist was absolutely fantastic with me. He made me feel comfortable and at ease, he explained everything that was happening or was going to happen, he was gentle and continued to make sure I felt okay all the way through. Thank you for a pleasant experience at time I was in so much pain. Absolutely lovely practice would recommend to anybody

After taking on my cries for help via the NHS 111 service, I am nothing short of immense thanks and relief from my visit to this practice today. The reception team are fantastic and Sara was incredible with handling my extraction and after care. I am over the moon and look forward to now being a new patient there. Thank you so much everyone.

This is an excellent dental practice. I have been taking my kids there for several years and Sara is fantastic with them. My 4 year old has needed fillings and they have been a breeze. I recently had a root canal problem and Sara fitted me in and sorted the problem brilliantly. I cannot speak highly enough of Sara and her team and would recommend to anyone.

New to this practice, should have come sooner they are fantastic the whole team the put you at ease. The place is so modern the dentist I am with is a fantastic guy ( Callum)He takes time to explain how things are going to happen.

A really excellent dental practice and superb clinicians. Always helpful arranging appointments around my on call rota, very friendly and approachable reception staff. Regular appointment reminders sent out via their text alert system. Having had several treatments I can say they are very knowledgeable dentists, and technically very skilled. Honestly the best care and experience I've ever received in any healthcare setting!
