My elderly dad had an appointment yesterday at the practice and his experience was excellent! So much so that he asked me to submit a review. He had a great experience with Rhian and Emma. Both were incredibly friendly and professional, and they sorted out his issue quickly and efficiently. They made the whole process stress-free and were so welcoming throughout. Excellent service — highly recommend!

I had both of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Rhian Jones. I was really nervous, but she made me feel completely at ease. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you Dr Rhian and Abbie.

I visited the dental practice today because I was referred by my normal Dentist because I had a some tooth left in my gum and it was only a bit sticking out a bit the Dentist that looked after me Rhian Jones was amazing and she even took me back to the car outside my daughter after the procedure finished. The Nurse Michelle was looking after me as well was polite and answering all my questions making sure I was relaxed and safe I would recommend the dental practice.

I was referred to this dentist for oral surgery. I've always been petrified of the dentist but Elinor (the surgeon), the nurses and the reception staff made me feel comfortable and at ease from the very beginning. Also after having some problems post surgery I felt I could call and I was treated quickly. I highly recommend this dentist. Over this past 6 to 8 months I’ve been attending the PRACTICE regularly and having a molar implant carried out. From the first appointment through to the last I can truly say it’s been a pleasure attending. From the welcoming friendly and professional attitudes of everyone in the PRACTICE,- reception staff through to the nursing staff and the exceptionally professional friendly and communicative surgeons. The women at Cambrian Dental Practice were all exceptional, they were extremely knowledgeable, reassuring, supportive and caring and made the experience so much more pleasant, considering I was there for an extraction. Recently, I had two upper molars surgically removed. One was a wisdom tooth. It was not a straightforward procedure. However, due to the wonderful attention given and ease created by Specialist Oral Surgeon, Keri Turbeville, and Kaci, the dental nurse, I knew I was in very safe and capable hands. I felt no discomfort, which was amazing considering the procedure I was undergoing. Keri talked me through every step of the procedure as we went along, so I knew what to expect and I was reassured by that; and both she and Kaci gave me ample opportunities, during it, to take small breaks. However, what was even more amazing was that following the surgery, when the anaesthetic had worn off, there was slight tenderness, which I was told to expect. But there was absolutely no pain, which I had expected due perhaps to potential bruising, stitches etc. Even the slight tenderness went in a few days. I think that is testimony to Keri's skill in oral surgery. I can't thank Keri and Kaci enough for their wonderful care and the lovely ease they created. Kaci is a wonderful dental nurse and was so attentive. Keri, also so attentive, is extremely skilled at what she does and I strongly recommend her, without any hesitation, to anyone in need of oral surgery. You don't need to look any further. She really is that outstanding. Thank you both.
