In MyDentist in Swanley, I was really lucky to meet the best dentist of my entire life, Dr. Hiba and since I 'm almost 60 years old, with inherited gum disease and had seen/visited so many different dentists, I really felt blessed when I finally found the perfect dentist! Being a patient/client there for more than 15 years, I can say with confidence, that all of the staff are amazingly polite and friendly; smiling and pleasant receptionists, eager to help nurses... I cannot say enough good words about them! I feel lucky that I 've been taken care of by the MyDentist team!

I've been using this NHS dentist for 16 years now and my overall experience is a great one. The various staff and dentists I have had over the years have performed very well and my current dentist Dr Vidya Chandran has been very supportive and professional. Seeing the Dentist or Doctor is always nerve racking as a patient, so I imagine the job they do can be hugely stressful and difficult for them also! So, thank you for being my local dentist.

Excellent dentist Dr Hiba and her staff. Very professional and puts you at ease. Pretty painless which is good as I am not keen on going to the dentist . Shame they are not cheap!

Needed an NHS dentist, and being the nearest to me, they were my first call. Managed to get signed up straight away, and had a dental appointment followed by a hygienist appointment within days. Have since had my second visit and am very happy. All the staff there are lovely, very glad to have found them.

Friendly staff... Appointment was on time... treatment was pain free and my teeth look 100% better. 3 days after my appointment I'm still pain free and can smile with confidence again. Thank you to the team at My Dentist 👍

Do not even think about it. Booking an appointment with these people would be the worst thing you will do. Not only you have to wait 6 moths for an appointment but they will wait until half an hour before your appointment time to call you and tell you that they need to rearrange your appointment, that is if you are very lucky. In most cases they will tell you that they have been trying to call you to tell you that your appointment was cancelled when you turn up for your appointment. Forget the fact that they broke my wife’s crown when they were cleaning. Absolutely useless and rude dental practitioners and extremely rude receptionist. Avoid for all cost. One star is far too much for them, unfortunately that is the minimum you can give them. Below is the photo of the crown they broke while they were cleaning.

I booked an appointment with the hygienist this week and was told by the receptionist that she was very nice even before I went it. I was worried a out because some of my teeth are sensitive and was worried that tonight effect my session. I told the hygienist about my sensitive teeth as I say in restaurants she put some sensitive tooth paste on my worst teeth. She said that it would desensitized them and it did what she said that it would. I barely felt any discomfort while she was cleaning my teeth. It was the best hygienist appointment that I have ever had and I will certainly be going back again for another appointment in six months. I would also like to add that the reception staff and dental nurses are also extremely nice and professional at mydentist Swanley.
