I’ve had a very positive experience with this dental practice. Neil is a kind and professional dentist who always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes appointments much more comfortable. He’s accommodating and puts you at ease throughout your treatment. The reception staff are also friendly, helpful, and efficient, making it easy to arrange appointments and deal with any queries. Overall, it’s a well-run practice, and I’d be happy to recommend it.

I have been with this dental practice for years and stayed when Neal took over. Recently being in a lot of pain, Neal was very kind and patient and worked out the problem. I had a new filling in a back tooth and then a root canal and crown on another. Neal checked with my progress every step of the way , explaining everything and checking how I was doing. The treatment was pretty much pain free, just rather uncomfortable. Everyone at the practice is very friendly and made me feel at ease.

I can't recommend Quarry Rise Dental Centre enough. I recently had a large filling replaced with Neil which I was nervous and anxious about. He was so patient and talked me through every step of the procedure which made the whole process easier for us both! I went back two weeks later to check on the filling and it had been very successful. I would not hesitate to come here if you're looking for dental work in a calming and caring environment. Also their hygienist Sarolta is so kind and gentle and again I would recommend.

I am more than impressed with Neil and the team at Quarry Rise dental practice. Neil is a well qualified and excellent dentist. He is also very patient and empathetic. I have had various appointments with him and recently have had panic attacks. Neil was very understanding and did all that he could to calm me. He talked me through each part of the procedure until it was completed. I have also had a teeth whitening procedure, which was very successful. I cannot recommend this practice more. I could not be more happy with Neil and his team. I recently needed some emergency dental work and Neil saw me at short notice. He outlined all of the options open to me and was very clear on costs, so that I could make a properly informed choice. I also have a medical issue that Neil had to work around, which was accommodated without any problem whatsoever. The whole team couldn't be more helpful.

Neil was fantastic — he convinced her and explained everything clearly, answered all her questions with so much patience, and made her feel completely at ease. Lucy was also incredibly gentle and kind throughout the process, which helped my daughter feel safe and comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent experience. The clinic is well set up, very clean, and maintains great hygiene standards. Highly recommend!
