Maddison was absolutely lovely – friendly, warm and approachable, and she immediately made me feel comfortable as soon as I met her! Dr Caroline was incredibly kind, thorough and professional throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease. Nothing felt rushed, and it was obvious how much she genuinely cares about her patients and achieving the best possible outcome for them. What really stood out to me was how wonderful she was with my baby daughter, Hope. Hope became a little worried seeing all of the unfamiliar gadgets and equipment, but Dr Caroline was so patient, calm and reassuring with her. She took the time to make Hope feel safe and comfortable, which meant so much to me. It’s rare to find a team who are not only highly skilled but also so kind, compassionate and attentive. I’ve been seeing Dr Caroline and the team at Love Teeth for around a year for Invisalign treatment, and I can honestly say she is one of the kindest, most detailed and highly skilled medical professionals I’ve ever met. I’m a very nervous dental patient and usually have to mentally prepare myself before any appointment. Dr. Caroline put me at ease every single time I visited. She has such a calm and reassuring manner, and her attention to detail is genuinely remarkable.
