Cassandra was very professional and explained the procedure thoroughly, I felt very comfortable and at ease during the cleaning. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and her friendly, caring manner. I received some great advice on how to improve my oral hygiene routine. My teeth look fantastic and feel really clean. This was the smoothest dental experience that I have had. Highly recommended.

Not interested in NHS patients, I got told she was not being paid for her time to do my treatment as I only paid £79 nhs fee. Not professional! Re arranged my appointment time without informing me. Cancelled my next appt and moved it 2 weeks later, obviously not cost effective enough for them. Had to go back 3 times as they didn't have the stock they needed to do the treatment. I will find another dentist even though I'm due fillings within what I paid for. The dentist had no bedside manor and seemed insincere. She hardly spoke to me and gave me minimal information about my treatment until I asked. Hated every minute of being there. Receptionists were lovely though

My daughter and I had our appointment at Four Oaks Dental Practice yesterday. I have been registered there for many years but it was my toddlers first appointment. Our appointment was with Archna Patel and her assistant. It was a very positive first experience for my daughter. They had a very gentle approach with her and made it all very exciting, and my little one was happy to go along with what was asked of her when checking her teeth. She was given a sticker at the end too. All staff there are lovely. Great first appointment for my daughter. Thank you!

I’ve been visiting the practice for a few years now. I have Dr Archna Patel and Cassandra. I always feel at ease and welcomed, I would recommended anybody to be seen at this dental practice.

My children and I have attended this dentist for years. The reception staff are always welcoming and friendly and we never have an issue booking appointments. Our dentist is great, very professional and I trust her completely. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic patient service from the reception desk through to the dental advice, treatment and aftercare provided by my dentist Dr Archna who is forever professional and friendly.

Have been at this dentist since I was a small child, and even though I have moved out of the area I always travel back here, and wouldn't go anywhere else! Waiting is never long and everyone is super friendly.
