I started my Invisalign journey in June 2025, and I’ve now reached the end of my treatment (just waiting for my whitening trays, which should arrive in the next 10 days). The transformation has been amazing, and I finally have the smile I’ve always wanted. I now feel confident and proud to smile with my teeth showing. Throughout the entire process, Dr Shafi has been incredible—professional, supportive, and attentive every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Invisalign with Dr Shafi to anyone considering it. Thank you so much.

I don't often do reviews but this must be said. I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially if you are nervous about visiting the dentist. From the moment you walk in, the staff are incredibly welcoming, down-to-earth, and generally lovely people who immediately put you at ease. I was on the verge of losing two teeth and had reached a point where I was constantly hiding my mouth. Simran, my dentist has completely changed my life over the past few months. She is, without a doubt, one of the best dentists I have ever had—highly professional, exceptionally understanding, and truly skilled. Simran, you saved my smile when I thought it was too late and I cannot thank you enough. Thanks to her amazing work, I now wake up every day with such relief and can actually smile with confidence! If you are looking for the best treatment and a caring, professional team who put you first, this is absolutely the place to go.

The clinic itself is clean and appointments ran on time, but I found the overall service a bit lacking. There was also some confusion around how to claim back fees, and I didn’t feel I received much help or guidance with this, which was frustrating. Overall, while the treatment itself seemed fine, there’s definitely room for improvement in communication and patient support. The administration staff either feel they’re too good to help or simply can’t be bothered. Either way, there seems to be underlying issues with the front desk staff. I won’t be back.

I just wanted to share some feedback after my recent root canal treatment at Bupa Dental. Dr Azeb Shafi was brilliant throughout the appointment. He made me feel really comfortable and at ease, which helped a lot with what can be quite a nerve-racking treatment. I also really appreciated how clearly he explained everything — what was happening, what to expect, and the next steps — it made me feel informed and reassured the whole time. Thank you

Dentist Holly Williams failed miserable with my treatment,for months I was lied to about damage caused to my privately sourced and paid for cobalt denture,I was sent to their specialist in solihull who agreed denture was beyond repair and agreed to waiver his fee to replace it,still they refuse to replace it and Holly Williams kept the fee and ignored his expert decision after months of lies and deception to the ombudsman I'm still having to pursue this, avoid at all costs.

Very bad experience. Reception staff are rude and continuing talking and barely make eye contact when talking to you. My cavity wasn’t cleaned properly, it was filled and then led to the rot running deeper and resulting in a root canal. Staff aren’t friendly and it feels like the dentists don’t care about your treatment. I’ve since left.

This afternoon I attended Bupa Dental Care Sutton Coldfield for a replacement filling in my wisdom tooth, it was a big one! I was greeted at reception as always, with smiles from Maria. Sarandeep is without doubt the best dentist I have ever had. Today he was joined by his assistant Kully who was absolutely fabulous. During treatment Sarandeep ensured I was ok at every step, stopping to ask. Kully was great with the suction, not a piece of filling strayed! She is also incredibly kind. Today I had 'The Dream Team'. I'm writing this four hours after treatment and have no pain and all is great! Thank you all xx
