Bupa Dental Care Sutton Coldfield- While Road

Bupa Sutton have been looking after my teeth for around 10 years now. All the staff are warm in dealing with clients from front desk, hygenist to the dentist. I wouldn't trust anyone to look after such an important part of my appearance. They are thorough considerate and friendly.

I have been a patient at the practice for a few years now. I have always found my dentist, to be very patient as I can be nervous. He has completely put me at my ease, he also explains every part of my treatment fully. My hygienist is very welcoming, very friendly and does an excellent treatment. In fact all the staff at the practice are friendly and very helpful and professional.

Friendly and efficient service from admin to treatment. The two most annoying issues were having to input your medical history/medication even if it hadn’t changed since the last visit. No need to do that anymore as the dentist now asks if anything has changed. Second big issue was parking, there wasn’t any as all their spaces were taken. I can only assume they have stopped staff parking in front of the building because I was able to park outside on the last two or three visits.

I had my 6 month check up yesterday. Both the dentist and hygienist were very friendly and made me feel relaxed. As usual, both the dentist and hygienist thoroughly discussed any potential issues with me. I always have confidence in the treatment I receive at this practice.

Really great care by the team. Sweta is fabulous and was super caring and empathetic. The final result is much better than I expected! Have straight front teeth- no chips!

Had chipped tooth repaired . As always Sweta and all staff at the practice were thoughtful , kind efficient and totally professional.

This is a great private dental practice. All the staff are really friendly and put you at ease. The receptionists, Lesley, Chloe and Hayley are great, so helpful. I normally see Razaullah (Raz), one of the dentists. He explains treatments very clearly, is kind, thorough and professional. Hygienists and dental nurses all have the same manner. I can really recommend this practice.
