My daughter sees an orthodontic therapist to have her braces fitted. Her name is Victoria, she’s sooo kind and so competent. She communicates so well and her entire demeanour is everything you’d want in someone caring for your child/ teen. I completely trust that she’ll do the right thing for my daughter and after dental horrors my daughter has gone through elsewhere I feel so relieved Victoria is looking after her. The practice is very nice and all the staff are polite and professional.

Senior orthodontist is excellent (Dr Prabatani). Always friendly, kind, thorough and gives honest feedback. We had a baby tooth that isn’t falling out and impacting the fit of our Invisalign braces. He was great at giving us advice and processes forward (either remove tooth or complete more x-rays for new aligners) with his views (he would rather not remove tooth and let it fall out in due course and get more aligners after x-rays). Great weekly reviews and makes appointments when needed (which are always on time and efficient). This practise and this particular dentist has made our 18 month journey sooooo much easier. I would like to raise a concern about my daughter’s recent orthodontic appointments. We arrived on time, but we waited a long while, and several patients who came in after us were seen first. I would like to understand whether appointment order is influenced by private versus NHS status, as that is the impression it gave every time we visit. On another occasion, her molar bracket came off within about 10 minutes of leaving the clinic, which suggests the bonding may not have set properly. I brought her straight back, but we were then given another appointment 3–4 weeks later. My daughter is very careful with what she eats because we know how difficult it is to get appointments. Despite this, she was made to feel as though it was her fault when the bracket came off again. At her last visit, she was told that if it comes off a third time, she might not need braces, which has caused her unnecessary worry. I also want to mention that the person who fitted the bracket and adjusted the wires was quite rude, and we seem to see a different clinician each time, which makes it difficult to have any continuity of care. I would appreciate clarification on what happened, the plan going forward, and reassurance that my daughter will not be blamed for what appears to be a mechanical issue rather than anything she has done.

We had a really positive experience with Hadi’s braces appointment. The team were excellent from start to finish — everything was clearly explained, from how the braces work to oral hygiene, pain management, and what to do if anything breaks. They spoke to Hadi in a calm, reassuring and age-appropriate way, which made her feel comfortable and confident. The level of care, professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. We left feeling well-informed and supported — highly recommend

The orthodontist practice just care about the funding they get from the NHS, they don’t care the patients at all. My daughter was not happy with the outcome of the teeth after the braces were taken off, and the practice just blamed us for signing the consent form for saying we are happy. After that, they don’t care about what the patient feel, can’t provide further assistance. Think twice if you really choose this orthodontist practice.

Awful! Customer Service terrible. No one picks up the telephone. Treatment/Service is quick rather than professional. Never going back! Life is too short and there are better dentist in this world. God forbid if you are 12 mins late from your original appointment due to traffic on the A3, they don’t want to hear it or see you. Avoid this place, trust me.#ProtectYourChildrensTeeth.
