As a very anxious patient, I was extremely nervous about having my wisdom tooth removed, but the whole team were absolutely amazing. From start to finish they made me feel calm, comfortable, and reassured. Anit explained everything clearly and was very gentle, Gurinder was fantastic with the sedation and helped me feel completely at ease, and Lottie was so kind and supportive throughout. The procedure went very smoothly and was far better than I expected. I’m so grateful to the whole team for their care and patience — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them, especially for nervous patients. Thank you all!

Visited with my son Max for his first consultation for blocks/braces, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. All the staff at reception were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Meenu and Gemma were fantastic — incredibly informative, patient, and knowledgeable. They answered every question we had and took extra time to show Max some helpful brushing tips. He left feeling confident and happy about the process he’s about to begin, which means a lot to us.
