South Road Dental Practice

I visited South Road Dental Practice recently. The staff were all friendly and courteous. Ranj was the dentist who carried out an extensive filling, the treatment was discussed before hand and I found the whole experience exemplary. Highly recommended.

A big thank you to the South Road Dental practice team and my dentist Ramnik Koasha. I had a new bridge fitted replacing on old damaged one and covering a wider area, including several extractions. Nik explained everything very well and did an excellent job. The whole process took a bit longer than originally planned due to appointment rescheduling (hence 4 stars otherwise would have been 5) but the final result was well worth it and very professionally carried out. Thank you!!

Nik is an excellent dentist and I highly recommend him, especially for families with young children. He has been amazing with my two young kids, making them feel relaxed and comfortable during every visit. He is very patient, gentle, and takes the time to explain things in a way that helps them feel at ease. Going to the dentist can be scary for children, but Nik creates such a friendly and calm environment that my kids actually look forward to their appointments. The care and attention he gives them is fantastic, and it really shows how experienced he is with treating children. A special mention to Tess on reception as well — my children absolutely love her! She’s always so friendly and welcoming, and they get very excited about the stickers she gives them at the end of their visit. Thank you, Nik and the team, for making dental visits such a positive experience for our family!

Had a really good experience at South Road Dental Practice today. I was seen by Arrun and Chelsey, and they both made me feel really comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. They worked really well together and explained everything clearly, which made the whole visit stress-free. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend Nik highly enough. I am a very nervous patient due to previous treatments elsewhere so when I needed dental care from Nik, I was very apprehensive. Nik treated me with kindness and patience and was as gentle as possible throughout the procedure. The injections didn’t hurt at all which I have had trouble with in the past. I can honestly say that I trust him thoroughly and he has cured my fear! Thank you so much.

I have been a patient here for many years and currently see Ranjit, he’s very professional and passionate about his work. I feel his exams are very thorough and feel very looked after. All the nurses and staff are helpful, friendly and always smiling. Would always recommend this practice!!

So David has abruptly left the practice and my partner has had her appointments cancelled forthwith. My partner was hoping to see one of the new female dentists but unfortunately my partner has been told that she is no longer welcome at the practice due to a supposedly comment she made on the Internet. Well I'm sorry but if this how a patient of 20 years is treated. Then I'm glad she won't be staying at your practice and I'm sure there will be many more leaving in the near future.
