Absolutely shocking service. Called for an Emergancy dental appointment as I am in agony, was advised 4-6 weeks wait or 6-9 months for a standard appointment. Yes I’ll just sit here in agony shall I? Had a really rude member of staff in the phone tell me they’ve sent letters to an incorrect address and texts to an incorrect number and therefore I’ve been booted off the NHS list and will have to pay private of a highly up marketed fee, will be moving elsewhere. Avoid this dentist at all cost! Money grabbing and incredibly unhelpful. Never experienced anything like it. Complaint incoming!!!!

We recently visited My dentist. My children have the same dentist and know her as Adele. Adele is such a lovely, gentle and calm dentist, I couldn't ask for a better one for me and my children to have. Makes all the difference when you have someone who cares and asks them how their week has been. Adele always gives them a sticker at the end of the check up, making them happier with a good experience of the dentist. The receptionists are welcoming and formative. A great dentist to have.

As an extremely nervous patient I made an appointment to see Thomas regarding my cracked wisdom tooth. He was so gentle and caring during the whole process of examination and X-rays, explaining the procedure fully to me and answering all of my worries and concerns. I had to have the tooth removed and I could not thank Thomas and Marie, the Dental Nurse, enough for their kindness during the extraction procedure. They were both so caring, showed such patience and were extremely gentle with me. The whole process was painless and such a positive experience! Thank you both for showing such care to me, it meant such a lot and really got me through the procedure. You are both a credit to the practice and such lovely people. Thank you

Visiting this practice has always been a very positive experience for me. Adele has been brilliant. I am a very nervous patient but I have been with Adele for 3 years now and I don't find going to the dentist the dauting experience I used to. The reception staff are always really friendly and helpful too. Thank you My Dentist Wordsley for all the times you have been patient and kind.

I only have praise for the dental surgery and dentist (Danielle). I have been a member of the practice for 20+ years. I had an extremely bad infection over New Year for which I was seen urgently, on consecutive days. I was also advised by the dentist to attend A&E. The following day I was reviewed by Danielle, at very short notice for an extraction. I cannot thank Danielle and her team enough for the care , support and concern that was shown on seeing me, as well as the reception staff for their support and continued care. Nothing was too much trouble for any one of them. Thank you all so much for looking after me.

I booked my two young children into this dentist for their first check up. My appointment was 11am and I was asked to arrive early to complete their forms, which I did. Unfortunately they were running 30 minutes late for our appointment. This was very stressful for me and my children - my baby was in a harness (as there is no room for a pushchair inside) who was becoming very frustrated and I also had a toddler to keep entertained whilst waiting so long for our appointment. Unfortunately after being in the small and crowded waiting room for 40 minutes, I ended up cancelling my appointment with the receptionist because my baby was hungry and becoming very distressed by now. I understand the children are my responsibility however the staff could see I was struggling being on my own with my children after such a long wait. Sadly I did not recieve an apology from the receptionist when I asked to cancel as I explained I could not wait any longer with my two young children. This dentist is not child friendly - the waiting room is very small, hot and over crowded for the amount of appointments they seem to be squashing into the day.
