Pall Mall Dental Practice

Had my first treatment today with Amandeep, Vicki and Diznz who were all so lovely! I’m a nervous patient and they explained each step, frequently checked in, and offered a lot of reassurance and support! Amazing practice with the best staff you could ask for, who don’t push you to get their private services which hasn’t always been my experience! Definitely staying with this practice for all my dental needs ☺️

The receptionists are so helpful with appointments and Jincy was amazing with restoring my smile. Her assistant is also very patient and together they took the time to discuss my treatments and reassure me whilst I was being treated. 100% recommended 👌

Amazing staff caring and took their time out of their day to help me and my little girl feel at ease. My daughter has autism,GDD, also is non verbal so going dentist can daunting for the both of us. The Densit and nurses really took there time showing my daughter the Equipment, Even down to showing my daughter, the texture of the gloves and just giving my little girl time she needed to adjust. They listen to me aswell. Overall It was really good experience. So thank you very much 😊

Brilliant practice. Both dentists I have seen (Ms Joanna Simpson and Mr Georg Schirmer) were great. Not a huge fan of treatment but I was made very comfortable and treatments administered swiftly and with little to no discomfort at all. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for everything to all the staff at the practice.

Struggled to find a dentist, was seen today as an emergency and saw Ralph, I have to say the best experience I've had at a dentist, didn't feel the injection at all, it'll was a bit of a struggle to get the roots out but no pain at all, Ralph put me at ease all the way through so thank you so much for your patience and care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone Once again thank you, Will Hatherall
