I recently called to enquire about Invisalign treatment. I had actually rung around 10+ different practices beforehand, and every single one of them was warm, friendly, and helpful — which made this experience stand out even more. Unfortunately, the receptionist I spoke to completely put me off. She wasn’t rude in what she said, but her tone came across as moody and unwelcoming. As the first point of contact for the practice, I think it’s so important to make potential patients feel comfortable and reassured. It genuinely made me hesitate about going any further. I felt that if I had decided to proceed with treatment and needed help or had any issues, I would feel anxious having to deal with her. I don’t usually make complaints, but her tone was so off-putting that I felt I couldn’t ignore it. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as first impressions really do matter.

Excellent dentists I've been with them a couple of years now & with Ed who's a great dentist who explains In detail regarding treatment. But saying that from reception staff to Louise the hygienist to Ed I've always been happy. Highly recommend.

Myself and my son , aged 13, have had our 6 month check up today at modwena dental . Very happy with the service , from the reception staff who are polite , to our dental nurse . Our dentist is Ed Cully, fantastic dentist who always makes you feel super welcome . He thoroughly checked our teeth and gave advice where due . Iv never been kept waiting at this dentist, no hour delays like at some other practices, Iv always been seen on time . Keep up the excellent work guys amd thank you for your service ❤️

First time visiting today. Absolutely fantastic experience from the receptionist Laura, dentist Henry and dental nurse (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately!). They were all very professional, approachable and friendly. They were able to give me helpful advice and talked me through every step of my consultation. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you for such a positive experience!

This practise makes a dentist visit so much better and an appointment you don't need to worry about. All staff are friendly and helpful and 100% put you at ease, they put their patients first and accommodate all needs. The new refurb is amazing which adds to the experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been a dentist and especially hygienist phobe since a bad experience 10years ago. So glad I have been able to join this practice a fantastic experience. Everyone so helpful and friendly always checking you are ok. Still a little nervous but I have my next appointments already booked. Definitely recommended especially for dentist phobe like me

I've been using this practice for decades with my treatment being provided by Noel O'Donovan. I was a little concerned to learn that the practice had been taken on by Edward and his associate Henry, with Noel providing specialist sedation treatment. No problem, I have found checkups and treatment to be first class. When a filling collapsed and I required a crown during this pandemic the treatment they provided was first class in all respects. The information provided to me was clear and concise, they answered all my questions in full. From my experience I have no reservation in recommending this practice and it's staff and will continue to use this it. Last check up was this morning.
