My first visit today with Dhara and worlds apart from any other dentist I’ve visited. As a nervous patient requiring a lot of work I feel assured we will work through a dental battle plan to get my oral health where it should be. Thank you for all of the information I appreciate it!

Amazing centre, the staff always makes me feel relaxed. Highly satisfied with the level of care and professionalism. The dentists take the time to explain every step of the treatment and genuinely care about patient comfort. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality dental care and friendly service.

Highly recommend! I have had hygiene appointments and Invisalign treatment. But alongside the great support and service with treatments the people who work at the practice are so welcoming and kind. I never thought I would look forward to going to the dentist but I do!

I see Freya the hygienist and she is so lovely and a great hygienist. She makes me feel so comfortable and is always pleasant and chatty which I really appreciate. The receptionists are equally as pleasant and a pleasure to talk to when sorting appointments, payments etc. thank you

This place is a complete joke. I've told Francesca multiple times that I'm not pleased with the outcome of my Invisalign treatment. She suggested someone else after first recommending her husband for composite bonding. I've gone back and forth between visits and told them I’m not happy but they have recommended me to get Invisalign again In other words they want me to pay another £4000 again. When I called to buy a pair of retainers, the receptionist informed me that I would need to schedule a follow-up appointment after just recently having 2 hygiene appointments, a full mouth scan, a follow up with Francesca and a appointment with the composite bonding department. I can’t order my retainers without going in for ANOTHER appointment which is absurd because they have my information and could simply order the same retainers for me. After being messed around I asked the receptionist to take me off their records I will find another place to go to, to which the receptionist happily replied " Okay, thank you bye," ( I think her name was Kelly ). This is merely a place to make money, so I do not recommend it. The hygienist is the only lady I've liked here.

Dr. Smith was welcoming and did a thorough checkup including check for any cancer and made me feel comfortable . She also answered any questions I had so quite happy.

Always look after me here especially as a nervous patient. All their work is always top quality and the bupa plan makes it affordable too. Highly recommended
