Sedgefield Dental Practice

I moved to this Practice after my own NHS Practice closed - I have serious gum issues and this is the best move I have ever made. The service, care and understanding I have received has been amazing. My Dentist Stacey is very friendly, reassuring and I feel has gone that extra mile for me, along with her Nurse, Ellie-May - I feel very well cared for and much more confident with the care and treatment received. Also, Hygienist Sarah has been very friendly, supportive and understanding- thank you guys, I would highly recommend you all. Shout out too for the reception team, always friendly and helpful.

Unbelievable how good these guys are can't recommend them enough 100% doesn't cover it paul is a genius and jannie was fantastic so attentive and made sure I was fine all the way through in the whole 5 hours I didn't feel one bit of pain and my teeth look amazing. They truly have given me my smile back

After recently needing emergency dentistry, and no longer being registered with an NHS practice due to them closing, I contacted all of the practices in my local area to try and secure an appointment. After an afternoon of calls and no success I decided to look slightly out of area and I contacted the practice at Sedgefield to establish whether they could help. This was late in the afternoon and despite having no immediate appointments available, by 9 o’clock the following morning the reception staff had managed to fit me in that day. My dentist was Stuart and following such a positive experience, from my initial contact with the reception staff to receiving my treatment, I will now be signing up to their dental plan.

Recently changed from another dentist to Sedgefield dental as i suspected i wasn't receiving great dental care and our suspicions were correct once we swapped over. Each time you visit you're greeted with friendly and kind reception staff. Our dentist Paul, explains our treatment in great detail and carrying out the job with great care and attention to detail each time we visit. I was more nervous about visiting the hygienist than getting any work carried out as our previous dental hygienist was quite brutal to the point of eyes watering and having to grip the chain arms with your teeth feeling rough for weeks but not at Sedgefield dental I couldn't actually believe it. I would highly recommend Sedgefield dental to anyone for any treatment, all the staff are knowledgeable, caring and kind. 🦷🦷

Following quite a traumatic incident with a tooth i required an emergency procedure. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged a same day appointment. Then clinician Sara and nurse Ellie-May provided an excellent and very professional service. Can't recommend this practice highly enough.
