I've had a great experience with 128 dental care. Dr MDR is always friendly, professional, and excellent at what he does. He takes the time to explain everything, listens to any concerns and provides the best solutions, and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. Nurse Lily is also helpful, kind and supportive, helping every appointment run smoothly. The receptionists are always welcoming and organised, making it easy to arrange appointments that best suit me. I would highly recommend Dr MDR and Nurse Lily to anyone looking for high quality dental care !

I highly recommend Dr. MDR and Nurse Lily, they always provide a professional and outstanding service when I have an appointment. I was having wisdom tooth problems and I was given excellent advice and help from Dr.MDR, which I have since had no issues. My experience is always positive and Danny provides a friendly and calming approach. The lovely ladies at reception are also very helpful.

Absolutely amazing experience from Dr MDR and his nurse Lily. They both put me at ease as I get very nervous going to the dentist. Teeth look amazing, feel amazing and my trips aren’t seeming so daunting anymore. Reception staff are also absolutely fantastic.

Such a wonderful and friendly team, they make dentist visits easy and not so scary. Had an extraction today and it was completely painless and so fast, the skill level is unbelievable. Prices are extremely reasonable and there actually are no hidden costs, Actually looking forward to coming back!

I have always had anxiety about visiting the Dentist,until 128 Dental took over. The Reception Staff are calm,caring and efficient. I would like to thank Dr. Zain Mahmood and Dental Nurse Jess for their professional,caring,reassuring and understanding care during my recent treatment. I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist, the same way some people are scared of spiders. I walked into an emergency appointment in floods of tears and sweaty palms. I was treated by Zane and as soon as he saw me he knew I had a big fear. With kindness and a genuine care, he got me to calm down and relax a bit. I wasn’t rushed, it was all at my own pace. I was embarrassed about the state of my teeth but Zane wasn’t judgy and he said to forget about everything else for now and let’s just get the pain sorted for today. With minimal fuss or invasion, Zane diagnosed an infection in my partially erupted wisdom tooth and prescribed a course of antibiotics. I went back a week later to check on it and the infection had cleared. Because of Zane’s compassion and relaxed demeanour, I’ve now joined their dental plan and will be going back in a week for a full check up and a treatment plan. This is nothing short of a miracle. Zane has taken my lifelong fear and made it more manageable… I’m still scared, but I feel safe and respected and I’m ready to face it head on - Thank you, Zane and Team.
